- We took a trip out to Farmer Brown's and he gave us a great little tour of all the old forgotten cars he had laying around. Many good finds, 1955 chevy bel air, 1963 impala hardtop, 1972 malibu chevelle, mystery car in the barn and many more! Stay Tuned for more and maybe even a " will it run " on the hardtop impala.

OMG,I MISS MY 1955 CHEVROLET 2 DOORS HARDTOP WITH A 283 CUI 3 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION. THATS I BOUGHT BACK IN 1976 FROM MY BOTHER WIFE GRANDPA. FOR $175.00 RUNNING TOO.ALLS BLACKS AND CHROME INSIDE..2 years LATER SOLDS ITS FOR $225.00 RUNNING. WAS YOUNG AND STUPID. OLDS CARS WERE DIRTY CHEAP BACKS THANS.
I sold my first car WAY too cheap too, foolish, i think every car person has one of those stories

You can convert a 4 dr into a 2 dr easily watch D D speed shop , he has done 2 so far on line with videos
Yes ive seen this done, but its not the same, 4 door doors arent the same as 2 door ones, and it doesnt change the cars value much at all. Thanks for watching! More to come!
Yeah, I'd take the 4dr 55 Chevy - leave as is or make it a personal 2dr.

Most all year chevys and fords, some dodge/plymouths can and are easy converted from four to two door of the fifties, sixties and seventies. One day on tri fives from four to two door. Move the b pillar and cause pontiac's are easy to find that are two door, they fit right on, but move the chrome to make it complete..... damn why did I have to get too old to work on rigs for.... 73 and crippled. Why wouldn't some rich fellow reach out and find me, fix the broken parts so I could do this into my nineties. Ya, nine O an man oh man could I ever show some young ones some of my skill sets.... many skill ses
Awesome, yes moving the b pillar is the right way to do it i see people just welding rear doors and bodyworking and calling it a conversion these days

another hoarder. I have dealt with these ole guys from Oklahoma, Georgia and the Carolina's. They never sell anything and talk about the history of every vehicle they have. Most of these cars were giving to them back in the day or bought for pennies. If they want to sell their prices are off the chart. 30 plus yeas ago while stationed in North Carolina I came across a few of these hoarders. His prices were based on his price he paid and 10 percent was added for every year he owned it. So you can imagine if he paid X and it just went from their. Not even knowing what the market was.
Wow! Ya some people are like that, this guy wasnt so bad, but we knew we wouldnt bother making offers on some of those cars, you could tell there was sentimental value there.

that 31 chevy truck cab is worth 5 times what that rotten 4 door bel air is worth.
Those 4 door bel airs dont bring much, but you say the old truck cabs are sought after? I will have to look into this. I could probably get one or both of them
