I should use it with higher simulation like 6/7000 meters right? Is there evidence of improvements even just by making an “extreme and short-term (1-2h) at rest” exposure? At most I can add 1 hour before bed

Yes, I did David, but Rico suggested sleeping was the ultimate solution. I.e. sleep high, train low. My bloods are tested so lets see how we go! Cam
