I also had a few words with students and alumni of CCA(California College of Arts) or UW (University of Washington). I got to know that they don't offer any teaching assistantships or full scholarships, as the course is only for a year. Although CCA does offer some financial help to their merit students, it mostly covers 30% max, can you do a specific video shortly, covering some specific design Universities that provide more financial aid and scholarships? I think many students from India might have the same doubt.
This is actually an issue with a lot of unis, especially if the degree is just 1 year! There is not really big options on financial aids other than TAs or On-campus jobs to support yourself. Education loan becomes the only choice which was true in my case too!

Nope, it's a financial aid not a loan, you don't have to pay them back! Yes, for need blind CSS is needed as well. CSS is to showcase financial need demonstration!
