As a full-time teacher who has a long commute, I probably stop and assess my habits (eating, drinking, sleeping, exercising, etc) at least once every 6 months...it can be so hard to maintain healthy habits while working, socializing, etc! Thanks for sharing, lovely video!
Such a good idea, I think this is what I probably need to start doing every few months as time seems to be running away with me this year. I can't believe we are already half way through the year. Totally agree, a couple of extra social plans in the week and I'm completely off track with everything else. Hope you're having a lovely weekend! xx

Always love these little catch ups with you ❤ Such lovely vlogs to watch. So pleased you got the mole removed. I have an awful lot of moles on my body and had one removed a few years ago that had changed shape and colour so I totally get that anxiety. It's such an important thing to do tracking moles for any changes and I've been even more vigilant since. Thank you for keeping me company sweetheart ❤ xxxx

Jess I totally understand the Doctor scariees!! I get so worried and worked up as well. No problem on the video it was great, I am in the US so can't get to the stores you showcase but love the items that they carry. Hoping to make it to UK next year to see my relatives.

We did have a lovely weekend, we went to Comrie and had a lovely picnic and also found some lovely bits in the wee charity shop there. Picked up some beautiful scottish strawberries from Perth and they were incredible😋 hope you are well and having a great week x

@@jessicamoonharris we had a great time, thank you, what a lovely place and a nice day trip from Twickenham. There was actually a little sports day on South Street so we ended up having some lunch in the pub there which was nice. It was a really sunny day so we thoroughly enjoyed wandering around. xxx

A walk at lunch is a great way to break UK the day and get the steps in ❤
I went to a clinic through our Bupa cover at work called Harley street dermatology clinic. It was really quick and easy and even if not covered with insurance it was pretty reasonably priced I think mine cost less than £200 for the check and the removal and testing!

Good Sunday morning - hello again from 🇨🇦 Speaking of trying to be healthy I slept in and missed my class at the gym 🙄 lol Having coffee and watching your vlog - thanks for showing your teeny haul from Lewes - definitely not overconsumption. Hi lovely so sorry for the late reply I've had such a busy week this is the first chance I've had to sit down and look at comments! Yours made me laugh, I love that, its so relatable I have done the exact same thing more times than i want to admit! ha! Thank you so much, we had the best time at the wedding it was in a gorgeous big greenhouse/flower nursery in the countryside and they had the most incredible food and drinks it was honestly beautiful! I wore an old topshop flower print midi skirt with a long sleeve top and a sweet little bag that I actually included in one of my favourites for my next video that you should see on Wednesday! Wow i'm in awe.I work near you and who has the time to put on all that makeup before setting off to the office I get up at 6.15 for a 6.35 train and 8 am start and just have time to shower and dress. I just get to slap on some foundation and eyeliner at my desk lol
Ahh haha this comment made me laugh, I know what you mean I just have an open plan office otherwise I would probably do the same lol. 8am start is quite early too, I dont know how you do that! I start at 9am and sometimes if the commute is bad I would arrive at like 9am on the dot! xx
Great video, thank you for sharing:) One thing that struck me: are you sure you want to drink the tap water from the Thames Water? I 'm not sure about the water quality in Balham but I'd rather invest in a filter or just get mineral water instead, it will definitely improve your health.
Thanks so much! The water is not actually from the Thames river its just called Thames water as the name of the company supplying it! That would be very dangerous as god knows whats in there ha!

Hi lovely the shade has completely rubbed off on my one sadly, I think it’s more of a taupe/fawn colour if that helps! I also just checked online and it looks like they are now just 99p!

Obsessed with Plain bread, I always used to have it at my granny and granda's house! I dont ever see either of those in London sadly, I always pick up some scottish shortbread at the supermarket though - it gives me a little taste of home! xx

Regarding health etc., is it difficult to get registered with a dentist in London?
No not at all in zones 1&2. They still want NHS Patients to register. Sometimes like doctors surgeries they will even advertise and welcome you with open arms.
