I agree with you on this one. I've had one of these for maybe two years now, and it's my main carry firearm. I like it for is compact size, and lighter weight. Plus, I can shoot it well. I love the gun.
I have carried the Hellcat Pro for about a year. Put roughly 800 rounds through it with zero issues. I love this gun. I also have it in the FDE finish and it’s attractive. The trigger wasn’t great so I swapped it out and it’s more manageable. As far as reliability goes, I’ve accidentally dropped tested this thing more times than I’d like to admit, with no issues or injuries. 👍 it’s a great gun. I need something even smaller than the Pro for when I ride on my motorcycle, and I also have a small frame. The Hellcat is the obvious choice.
Extremely good quality video I couldn’t believe when I saw the channel didn’t have at least 200k subscribers. Keep posting’s 👌this channel is gonna blow up soon
Really Enjoyed your video, well done ! Liked a Hellcat Pro so much I picked up a FDE OSP. Was leery because I had heard so much about it being snappy. For some reason I didn’t find it to be snappy at all, love carrying it, haven’t carried the Pro since getting the OSP. Both Hellcats are super reliable. Best magazines of the micro compacts I have tried. Load to full capacity and easily insert into the pistol when loaded to full capacity. No optic or light for me either.
I have a Hellcat Pro with hex wasp and streamlight light, A S&W new Shield PLUS 3.1 barrel with factory night sights/ CT red dot and a Ruger Security-380. All 3 guns are the same size and hold about the same capacity. I like the Ruger best in hand. Smith & Wesson very very close 2nd and Hellcat 3rd. All 3 are great guns.
My wife carries a Glock 19 with a built in compensator ( drilled slide and barrel) for the last 30 years, and is terrified when shooting my hellcat. Funny how a slight difference can be felt by not so robust hands.
I like your overview. Frankly we are lucky there are so many great choices. Heck if there was only chocolate and vanilla some would have trouble deciding and some would buy one of each. Re: single stack vs double stack. Best salesman's line I heard buying a TV. He does not recall anyone ever saying they wish they bought a smaller one. Recoil directly relates to the weight of the gun. Everything is a compromise. A bigger heavier gun will shoot better and hurt your hand less. Carrying it, hiding it on your body-not so good.
I just purchased a Hellcat in the gear up package, stainless steel slide, 5 mags, range bag for $449 altogether. It’s a little snappy but that’s to be expected but I love it better than my G43X and 365.
I hear a loooott of people talking about the recoil. I already bought the gun, but second guessing my purchase on that alone. Apart from having the spring replaced i think its something you gotta live with
I've been looking hard at the hellcat for a while. I look at others and keep going back to that. I need something for fishing cause leaving early and launching from mangrove areas I've had a few sketch times with the weirdos and people are staying in there. I usually put my head lamp on and walk around a bit and check things out before I launch
Hello everyone, I recently purchased the hellcat micro compact and I’m looking into getting a flashlight with laser combo. Does anybody have any recommendations? I would appreciate it. Thank you.
@amymwoda730 . The owner of the shop said he's had them sold back to him because of it. He has a brand new one for 379.99 because he can't sell it. He's had multiple people come see it then check the trigger and not get it
@amymwoda730 . They changed them sometime idk when. All my other Springfields have been great. I'm still looking for a hellcat just the one after they fixed this.
Hit 4000 rounds on my hellcat osp today and not a single malfunction. Absolutely awesome edc. I carry it everyday
Very nice, I'm confident in the gun for sure.
What type of ammo do you use?
@JonathanPerez-py9dd for training ammo I typically use CCI Blazer brass 124 grain. Defensive ammo I use Hornady critical defense and critical duty.

Yes sir, it's small but mighty.
Is it snappy on the recoil? I am considering a pro and value your input. Thank you and happy shooting.
@@Zona-dw9rp She is snappy but fine once you adjust.
Good luck with your new channel Josh! So far so good
Thanks so much!
I have the Glock 26 and the Hellcat. I must say the Hellcat meets all my needs. I have it in black with a red dot sight. Love the 15 round mags.
Recently got a Hellcat and LOVE it! Great review!
Thanks, great little gun.
My go to edc for the winter with the 15 round mag
I bought one and it’s a great gun, carry every day, shoots straight and works great, I have several other guns and I like this one the best..
Very nice!

I may test a new trigger on the cat.
Love my cat. 10k rounds and still purring like a sweetheart.
Yes indeed
The grip is amazing.
Yes sir

Thanks buddy, I appreciate the follow and comment.
I've had my Hellcat OSP for almost two years now. Carry it often and shoot it well, great carry pistol.
Yes indeed
I'm all about concealed carry! I carry the glock 43. Very similar to the hellcat.
Great option too
I have the Hellcat and agree with you on reliability and conceal ability and like the sights .
💪

Hellcat is top of the line, for performance and concealment I purchased 2 hellcats and put an optic one one.
Agree 💯
I just bought a hellcat 2 weeks ago and so far I love it
Very nice, it's a great gun.
Great video!!
Glad you enjoyed it

This is true, we have a ton of great options for sure.
Thanks for your thoughts. I just bought a Hellcat Pro and can't wait to try it out! Looking to replace my Glock G36.
Right on!

That I'd a great deal. She is snappy but reliable.
Where did you purchase at
What capacity are the mags that came with the gear up package
@@jlm714 three 11 rd mags, one 13 rd mag & a 15 rd mag
Me TOO! It shoots the SAME as a Sig 365. I've shot them BOTH. I bought a HELLCAT!
i just picked one these up today and love the sights on it right off cant wait to try it at the range 😁
Nice, let us know what you think.
Everybody got one. One stinks and one don't ? You're killing me. It's too funny.😂😊 Very helpful review. Very good one. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it bud. Thanks for the comment.
Hey Josh, I've been debating between this and the Hellcat Pro. Thanks for sharing your review.
I hope it helped. Thanks for the comment. 👍
Go get you a box of Hornady critical defense brass case pink tip 100 grain, from Dunham's If it runs that flawlessly, it'll shoot anything.
Dunham's is still opened ? They closed all the ones by me ..
@@slim7013 yes, I buy most of my ammo from Dunhams

No doubt about it, the short barrel just wont allow you to eliminate that kick.
i carry the xds single stack which i love but this one looks very interesting might have to look into it , thanks for the video
Thanks for watching. I like my XDS too.

Hellcat is a good option. You definitely have to be prepared in today's crazy world.
I’ve been trying to decide between this gun and the 365XL for my first gun.
Dang, that is a tough choice. I could try and do a comparison video but we only have the p365
I have the Trijicon hds with the u notch on my 26 and love it.
Nice 👍
👀👀
Yea buddy
Hello everyone, I recently purchased the hellcat micro compact and I’m looking into getting a flashlight with laser combo. Does anybody have any recommendations? I would appreciate it. Thank you.
This gun is NOT DAO is it?
Hellcat is the best sub compact you can buy. Smaller than a Glock 26 and more reliable than a Sig 365.
It definitely is a contender for best 👌
SIG 365 is very reliable
@@jaywinters2483 I like the p365 too
Almost got one until I watched the trigger problem. If you put any side pressure on the triggers they won't work
From one man’s video….
@amymwoda730 . Nope just checked one at a local shop it does the same thing. The hellcat pro doesn't do it.
@amymwoda730 . The owner of the shop said he's had them sold back to him because of it. He has a brand new one for 379.99 because he can't sell it. He's had multiple people come see it then check the trigger and not get it
I’ve personally never had a problem with mine
@amymwoda730 . They changed them sometime idk when. All my other Springfields have been great. I'm still looking for a hellcat just the one after they fixed this.
It's better than any Glock
Glocks are good but I prefer my Hellcat
What kind of holster is that?
It's a versacarry
I wish they made it in 45 ACP &30sc
Yes sir
Still carrying a year later🥰😂
I currently have a gen 1 shield can anyone confirm if the recoil/snappiness of the hellcat Pro is similar or better than the shield ?
They are very similar, the hellcat may even have a little more snap.
First!
The hellcat flush mag holds 11 rounds.
Correct
13 an 11 round
Correct
TOO MANY carry OTHER guns STRICTLY because of the NAME...NOT QUALITY!?
My HELLCAT will NEVER be REPLACED!
You're probably right. 👊

O
What type of bullets are those?
