Oh my gosh, I started shaving my face a year ago and I love the results! I was so scared in the beginning but when I saw the amount of peach fuzz that came off I was blown away...holy beardage, lol. I have the tinkle type razor for now and there is a reveal spray that I want to try next so that I don't miss any spots. I just love how my products just sink right in and how my makeup goes on afterwards. Love it!
I am looking forward to your video on face shaving! I have been doing it for awhile now with the tingle type razors and sometimes I’m not a big fan of them and I have nicked my face a few times with them, but I do love the results and how nice my skin looks after!
Hi Melanie I have shaved my face for several years now and I started to do so during perimenopause also. It makes my makeup look so much better. I’m super dry with rosacea and eczema so my skin type is completely different, but those hormones kick us all😂. Wet shaving is far less irritating to the skin btw. I’m still using really lightweight Summer makeup with fairly sheer products and a simple eye look. In Scotland it’s about making the most of the better weather, so it’s a short season and a time for simplicity. Best wishes x
You are 100% on the mark, I believe livescience made an article about the hair actually not growing more when you shave but it comes out thicker at first but eventually it's the same as it would had been before but you're correct womens genetics are different... I wish I could get a close shave just doing a with the grain pass but sadly it's 3 passes for me hehe
I have the dr pen. That thing is crazy good but can be dangerous. I use it once every 4-6 weeks. Also have the nuface, but haven’t seen any lift so I must be too old to see a change? 😂 finished my Paula’s choice and just purchased the glo skin beauty beta clarity pro-5 liquid exfoliant. It has a lot of good ingredients so I’ll let you know how well it works. Since going on hormones, my skin is changing again. Less dry, more normal, and this morning woke up with some actual oil on my face. WTH? May have to change up all my skincare soon. Wild!
I think the NuFace and all at home microcurrent or EMS devices are good for the initial signs of sagging. My Foreo Bear is great for my jawline but the sagging is still in the very early stages for me around the lower mouth area. When I use it I get a great lift. But I think more advanced aging requires even more frequent use and the results may still not be as dramatic as most people would like. There are still benefits but I know we all expect more than we probably should lol. I know I do.
@@MrKongsMom seriously I want instant gratification dang it😂😂…..I also just want to halt the aging process. Throwing the kitchen sink at it isn’t working well enough.
Thanks for sharing your experience with Banish! ❤

That spray is so helpful for seeing the hair! I have been seeing it all over social media.
So glad to see the Banisher 3.0 as part of your skincare routine ❤❤
Love those classic MAC eyeshadows. I used to be 100% MAC for everything, so I always get a happy feeling whenever I use those shades.

That will be coming this next week hopefully! I love shaving my face lol. Very satisfying!

I shave my face with a 5 blade mens razor. Bull Dog brand specifically. Love shaving my face!

Yes, totally different genetics. I wish I would have started a little sooner now haha!

I thought it was a Mexican woman thing to get a thicker peach fuzz. I feel seen. Haven’t used a razor tho lol … now I know 😊
Get you a razor Marina. The cheaper the better honestly lol. I'm German and full of peach fuzz haha!
