It tore me up when I saw Steve’s video this morning. I remember when he announced he was fighting cancer and I made a point to keep track of how he was doing. I was pulling for him so much. Heartbreaking.
Before I had watched any of these remembrance videos I thought to myself, "I literally grew up reading his articles." And now sitting down and checking up online, that's literally what everyone else is saying. A LOT of us grew up reading his articles, we all really had something of a blessing in him really. He really dug in for us, really told us what was real. Seeing these tech tubers come out with these heart felt, tear jerking posts. We were really really fortunate to have someone like him alive. And most importantly, his family can be for sure proud that he was respected and loved for his work.
Before I even thought about buying a pc for gaming - I had stumbled across some of his articles. I’m almost 50 years old now and it hit hard when I heard the news. He was always so excited and energetic about everything he did. His authentic satire influenced so many. Just so damn sad. I looked forward to everything he said wrote and filmed. I feel for his family and close friends. Truly the GOAT.

He had such a sense of humor and always knew how to read a room. He will be missed.

His rants from the days of No BS Podcast were legendary. Truly one of the Goats in the industry. He will be missed dearly.
YES - I loved it , these are the things that made him genuinely a legend!
Thank you for remembering Gordon, he was unique and large in life. Tears at my end. Best to you and yours.
@@Moochy999 Gordon was truly someone to look up to. Not only as a tech enthusiast but as a person. It was a sad Christmas Eve.
