In today's tutorial, we delve into the intricacies of taking the ball off the back wall. I'll guide you through my approach focusing on weight transfer and positioning to power your shots effectively. Alongside, we'll compare these techniques with a student's execution to highlight common errors and the adjustments needed for improvement.
📍 Weight Transfer Importance: Ensure proper foot placement for optimal weight transition.
🔍 Positioning Precision: Notice how a two-footed base can enhance your stability and swing.
👣 Footwork Focus: Examine the left-right footwork sequence for efficient movement.
🌪️ Avoid Over-Rotation: Keep your body's alignment to prevent excessive and uncontrolled movements.
👀 Vision and Focus: Learn where to direct your gaze during the shot for better control and accuracy.
Remember, the key is practice. Film yourself, analyze, and adjust. If you have questions or need a personalized touch, book your free Swing Audit with the link above.

The key takeaway for me is in how to get into Jessie’s position to avoid power leaks. Brilliant!

Good video. Q: re: follow thru: previous video you use the right foot on a string analogy for the first step followed by the cross over. This video starts with the cross over. Can you shed a bit of light on when and why the difference. Thanks Jessie. Loving the technical aspects of this.
