As someone who has been taken advantage of, sobering up and realizing what happened is beyond messed up. I haven’t been trafficked, but have been traumatized by men like him. Acting like they care about your experience and pretend to acknowledge you’re a person with value other than your vicinities; only to even use that against you. You finally gain trust with someone after something traumatic only to realize they’re doing exactly what the people before had done to you.
There are many tells she has, it shows that boundaries were broken and she of course had to leave so made it easy to disconnect for him. He didn’t expect people to be upset about his actions.
I'm so sorry you've gone through that, as have I, and I know how absolutely dehumanizing it feels. I hope you're loved and supported and are healing, seeing such a public figure engage in this behavior must've made some painful feelings and memories resurface for a lot of people like us.

In most places there's a place like the centers that will help you with meds and a psychiatrist. You just have to go in and stay for about a week and discuss your mental problems with a doctor. Then you get on meds and they let you out once they see that the meds are working without bad side effects.
Fousey, to this day does not believe he was manic when he had a rant on his so called live show because Drake didn't show up. He doesn't believe he have a mental illness and it makes me sad that none of his family members intervene and get him help. He seemed really chill in the interview that I watched but he is in denial about his sanity and bad behaviors.

The body doesn't distinguish well retrospectively between "life or death experience" and "it was just a prank" when biologically and chemically, the experience truly was life or death... putting someone into fight or flight is no joke, it could easily make her more on edge on elevators in the future, etc. I was on a plane in the exit aisle and the guy next to me reached over me and pretended he wanted to try to open the exit as a "joke," and I don't sit in those aisles on planes anymore bc of that experience of thinking a crazy person was next to me.

I just want to clarify for people what a 'manic episode' actually is; Fousey is bipolar, he has been having a continuous manic episode for an extended period of time now, all these freakout moments you see aren't seperate 'episodes' they are all part of one manic episode. People that are bipolar (type 1 specifically) have periods of mania and periods of either minor depression or major depression, these periods typically last for months. A period of mania can be so severe that it can turn into psychosis under significant stress or substance use, psychosis is when in addition to mania and/or depression someone has delusions or hallucinations. We have seen Fousey have delusions, the Drake situation is a prime example of that and he frequently goes on tangents that become incoherent or delusional in nature. What we are seeing here is a classic scenario of someone with Bipolar type 1 losing control during a period of mania, his lifestyle as well as other outside influences are taking him to the edge of psychosis, he needs treatment, he needs care and he does need 'babysitters', he also needs medication and a stable environment. The last thing he needs is to be surrounded by people that are exploitative, people that will do substances with him and he most certainly should not have free access to money right now because he will continue to make impulsive decisions that harm him and others in the process. The airport situation is horrific and yes, he is responsible for that but he is not in a sane state of mind, he isn't fully in control of himself and other people in his life need to step in and help him take accountability for his wellbeing (and the wellbeing of others right along with that).

Fousey has Bipolar disorder (according to him in an update after all this happened). im not really getting what youre trying to say about emotion and manic. manic and emotion go hand in hand, they arent exclusive. people with bipolar can feel emotion very intensely sometimes or not feel anything at all. the emotions the person is feeling may not even make sense or correspond to what they are doing or talking about. even more so during a manic episode.

Heres my issue. He's been on TH-cam/Vine so long he isn't phased by cancel culture. Like comedians from the 80s and 90s. Now canceling for bad things is understanding but canceling for peoples beliefs are not right.
What I am saying is: He doesn't care. People get hated on so much they don't mind and ignore it. Why? Because they are use to it. He should go to jail for some things he's done.

At this point, even I with mental illness wouldn't trust people with mental illness to do things. He just somehow instilled some internalized hatred on ourselves, and I hate him for that.

it wasn't just this instance, it was a manic episode that lasted for quite a while. Fousey has Bipolar disorder (according to him in an update after all this happened). im not really getting what youre trying to say about emotion and manic. manic and emotion go hand in hand, they arent exclusive. people with bipolar can feel emotion very intensely sometimes or not feel anything at all. the emotions the person is feeling may not even make sense or correspond to what they are doing or talking about. even more so during a manic episode.
As someone with schizoaffective bipolar 1 type, maniac rage is very much a thing, mania intensifies your emotions and you'll just be screaming, like gutteral screaming at even inanimate objects, completely out if character

I do have bipolar but can’t speak for everyone with bipolar obv but I just don’t think this is bipolar. He is CONSISTENTLY in a “manic episode” to the point I genuinely do think it might be a personality disorder.
With bipolar manic and depressive episodes have time apart from one another or they follow directly after one another, but this man has no baseline at all from what I can see. I’m not trying to armchair diagnose, just give my opinion, but someone consistently acting how he acts? This is his baseline and this *is* his personality, it just does not seem like a mood disorder imo.
