- This video explains the basics of how to set up a drawing titleblock from scratch and to include edtibable attributes. See part 2 to adjust the order of attributes within a block that's already been created. www.cadcoaching.co.uk
I love how brief this video is. Straight to the point. Thank you!!
yeah, me too
THANK YOU!! The "ATTSYNC" at the end was exactly what I needed.
Thank you for doing these tutorials. I've not used AutoCAD for a while and yours are the clearest to help me found my way around with 2015 Mac version.
Esther Wheatley Thanks for the comment. The Mac version functions the same as the Windows version but unfortunately is laid out differently which is where most of the confusion seems to come. You'll find equivalent commands for most things, you'll just have to hunt for them.
Simple and good explanation of the subject. Thank you! Title block is created and working as promised :)
Thank you very much for this video, that's exactly what I was looking for
Thank you! ATTSYNC is a fantastic command! Solved a tricky problem very quickly!
ATTSYNC IS WHAT I NEEDED. THANK YOOUUUU!!
I found such an elegant video thanks for clearing my doubt
Thank you....really helps me a lot to understand the use of this attribute specially editing it.

roackmai been planning a UCS tutorial for a while now, keep an eye out for one soon.

Could you please explain what is prompt means in the attribute box?
LOVE U BRO .THANK U FOR YOUR WORK
Thank you for the quick guide!
THANKS FOR THE USEFULL VIDEO, IT HELPED ME ALOT.
Thank you, excellent video Sir.
thank you for this, so easy to understand, very helpful
It worked love you!
Should't you have created a WBlock of the sheet rather than Block?
just what I wanted.asante!
Thank you kindly. Very helpful
Thank you for the tutorial. Could you please also be able to tell us how to add additional text lines into an existing attribute? The attribute I am talking about could be created as new if it was jus one. But it is in an existing drawing and there are hundreds of these already with data like measured areas in it and I need one extra information on it (of the room type ) into all of it at a time. How can I achieve this?
Do you still have this problem? I have programs that could help you. Unfortunately you will have to replace each of the title blocks as attribute information added to a dwg or a block does not update any of the other blocks within a dwg. Title blocks normally are one to a dwg. My program will capture all of the attribute data. You can erase and reinsert the revised title block. Then my program will repopulate all of the attributes in the dwg. Let me know if I you are interested?
This is what education should be.
That was a great explanation !
Thanks for makin this much-needed title block. Are you, by chance, from New Zealand?
very much supportive tutorial Thanx
ITS REALLY WORKED LOL THANK YOU DUDE
Appreciate your help. Thank you
Excellent, thank you.
I swear no matter how many tutorials I watch, how many tips and tricks I find, trying over and over...i just cannot wrap my head around autoCAD
It's the most complex thing I have ever attempted to use, I'd love to have the skill (need it for class) but man, idk about this....
Thanks sir it's really helpful
Ditto the ATTSYNC. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I couldn't seem to edit or add anything in the block editor!
sir, i hope u re alive, i just want to say thankyou.
boyties!!! very helpful! shot bru
very useful video
Thanks so much!
Thanks and it is really very good how you explain things in clear voice, I use a program called CAD+T , it is a wood working program based on autocad, and I want to make my personal drawing template and sheets from an existing one and modify the title blog to suit, so how I can do that, thanks in advance
Cool. BLOCK writes the file to the drawing, WBLOCK writes it to a file. WBLOCK is best. I lost about an hours work... after a fatal error killed the work...my entire title block gone.
Very helpful
This video also will be helpful to you. (How to make a Title Block - AutoCAD Tutorial)
