I’m watching this for the first time in January 2024. I am blown away at how accurate this reading is. Currently all of the BTS members are now in the military, serving, and right before this we did see the majority of only solo projects. I think V’s reading is spot on, and that he has the most to catch up on, because he works the slowest. It’s part of his personality. I could also see how SUGAs reading is very accurate because he does seems the busiest, and although he doesn’t express it out rightly, I think he stresses a lot on meeting peoples expectations and the overwhelming success they’ve gotten. ANT how are you so accurate??? It's insane how much you can pull from each member and get it right. I've been a fan of BTS for almost 5 years so my jaw dropped when you inferred similar things I felt about them. Damn, I'm so impressed.
They were extremely vulnerable during their annual Festa dinner this week, where the leader RM and SUGA (the producers) expressed how they are burned out and have nothing to write about anymore in their lyrics. JK does appear to have an identity crisis - he is the youngest and had the "cleanest" image of them all, until he started to work on his sleeve tattoo and portray a more "alternative" side to him. The Western, Anglo-speaking fans are not the problem, it's the K-fans that are the loudest and the ones that are probably being utilized as warfare. There are constant trucks being sent to the company about treating individual members right (solo stans as they are called). Korean solo stans are very protective of Jimin, V (Taehyung) and JK (Jungkook), who are the youngest (or maknae line). J-Hope is an absolute sweetheart and the fandom does recognize him as a sweetheart and a ray of sunshine (he is nicknamed "the sun" and is often portrayed with a heart-shaped mouth), that energy may come from the members; he is the main dancer and they have expressed he can be scary when practicing. SUGA has been very open with his lyrics about how afraid he is of success - when they first came to America for the AMAs (2017), he confessed he cried in the bathroom and they even considered disbandment (Jin; MAMA Speech 2018) because they were afraid of success, which is why their next album (love Yourself:Tear) was the longest delay in between albums, their first #1 album which was HEAVILY monitored by Kmedia. First of all thank you for the comment, I like BTS but I'm always lost with the fandom and names and everything so this helps a lot to understand what is happening, but also, why the actual hell is wrong with people?! Why attack a person for being who they are?! I have heard some songs of Holland and he's pretty talented, it's so horrible being LGBT+ knowing that people can hurt you just because you're different from them, I just hope people understand that we're human too.

In America, recent numbers show 71% support for gay marriage, and we still see a fair amount of anti-LGBT propaganda. In Korea that number is only 38%, so you can imagine how much worse that must be (although 81% did agree that it was unfair to fire someone because of their orientation, so it's not completely anti).

It's not Big Hit who created that image for Jungkook. RM had the idea of "the golden maknae" nickname, he was praising Jungkook for being a jack of all trades, back when Kookie was young and not so confident. The nickname took off and became more popular and his brand in an organic way, because indeed he has all the best qualities for the type of job he does. It's no one's fault in particular, it just happens because he's a star. Jungkookie has also always been a perfectionist, they all are, to some extent.

i feel like the energy you picked up on checks out completely!! jin is the one who announced in 2019 that the group almost disbanded and he is the older brother, one of the peacekeepers of the group. as for jungkook, he has always been labeled as the “golden younger brother” who is good at everything, i feel like he joined bts at a really young age and i could see how identity issues could come with that. his style has changed drastically in the last few years and maybe that correlates too. i believe rm as the leader, is the main reason bts has had such longevity this far. and what you said ab his relationship to jin, jk, and v! jk is the youngest which may be why he is so protective of him as well as the rest of the group probably. fans have also noticed that jimin is getting screwed over by their company, in terms of lack of lines, and the fact that he gets left out of some contents. jhope is actually seen to be the smiley happy member (by fans) who is very kind and almost like the second leader of the group. i believe the other members have said that he is the scariest when serious/angry though. also! his father is a teacher! i truly believe their company has a huge hand in them feeling like they lost the direction of BTS. i also felt like it must have taken a lot for them to finally get a hiatus like this. the last time they announced a “break” was in 2019, it wasn’t even a proper break. and its known by army that hybe has been overworking them. my guess is that the group didn’t want to go on tour and the management was upset? a tour was highly anticipated for this/next year by many fans. i really believe the management manipulates things so that they can make money, good or bad.

Solo isn't the death of BTS, it's an expansion. I hope others see it that way too. I'm an older fan and I have eclectic taste in music. I think that these entertainment companies should find a better and safer way for their idols to succeed and continue to produce music. Human beings aren't meant to work like that. These groups continue to deliver the impossible and are pushed that much harder the next time. Wanted to add a bit about the reading in a different way than most comments as of now. In Jin’s part of the reading you mention him having a baby vibe, big brother younger brother, and nostalgia. To me, it makes sense in two ways, first he is the oldest in the group but he is very playful, he maintains the belief that you stay young as long as you think young. The second, he is the youngest in his family, and his brother got married and had a child, so those are definitely big changes that be affecting him, ruminating in the past in both his family and band. I also kind of feel like he could get the normal job if he wishes so at some point, his brother and him already own a restaurant that the brother manages most. About the punishment, there’s a lot we don’t know of, but recently the new president tried to get them to perform for him on the first week of government or something along those lines, and they refused. This year the possibility of them being exempted from the army also got the negative. They always have said they’d serve, but maybe the company had bet a lot on that historical change if it had happened at last. About contracts and shady stuff happening like fake news, earlier this year some news outlets tried to tarnish Jimin’s reputation by reporting on unpaid insurance mail being found. But none of it made sense because the mail had been STOLEN so how would he had known, while also being overseas at that time. Fans have also speculated that only management or people with access to their high end residential condos could’ve gotten anything from his mailbox. Or stalkers. About jhope, most people do see his good nature and big heart, but the “calculated” vibe you might be reading could be his sort of OCD traits. He’s very organized and clean, also known to be strict when it comes to perfecting his dance and bts’, so maybe there’s an underlying perception of him being picky or lowkey neurotic (said lovingly). But just so you know, he had a scholarship made to his name in a school from his hometown, the scholarship is for girls to keep studying and it’s been granted for the past three years or so. Super accurate, the members talked about how tight Suga's schedule is, I remember Suga talking about how he felt sorry for JK because he had to find himself or something like that, I can go on and on about this reading. What happened was the management company changed and I feel that is what the problem is. The original company merged with another and they were forced to sing English songs that didn’t match who they were as a group. I think this is the group rebelling.
I wouldn’t be surprised if because they didn’t win the Grammy the company tried to give them ANOTHER English song to try all over again for a third time and maybe they refused that. He's always been generous with his talent and time. Jin & Joon has always been great friends, Joon always looked after V when they were coming up, they have a good respect for one another. There is a fierce mutual love between Joon and JK. JK literally joined the group for Joon. And Jimin has totally been screwed over. He is a beautiful dancer and singer and he's never been used to his full potential in my opinion. He's a good person. Hobi is not mean, he can be intense but he's a good guy. I’m watching this for the first time in January 2024. I am blown away at how accurate this reading is. Currently all of the BTS members are now in the military, serving, and right before this we did see the majority of only solo projects. I think V’s reading is spot on, and that he has the most to catch up on, because he works the slowest. It’s part of his personality. I could also see how SUGAs reading is very accurate because he does seems the busiest, and although he doesn’t express it out rightly, I think he stresses a lot on meeting peoples expectations and the overwhelming success they’ve gotten. J-Hope is an absolute sweetheart and the fandom does recognize him as a sweetheart and a ray of sunshine (he is nicknamed "the sun" and is often portrayed with a heart-shaped mouth), that energy may come from the members; he is the main dancer and they have expressed he can be scary when practicing. SUGA has been very open with his lyrics about how afraid he is of success - when they first came to America for the AMAs (2017), he confessed he cried in the bathroom and they even considered disbandment (Jin; MAMA Speech 2018) because they were afraid of success, which is why their next album (love Yourself:Tear) was the longest delay in between albums, their first #1 album which was HEAVILY monitored by Kmedia. In America, recent numbers show 71% support for gay marriage, and we still see a fair amount of anti-LGBT propaganda. In Korea that number is only 38%, so you can imagine how much worse that must be (although 81% did agree that it was unfair to fire someone because of their orientation, so it's not completely anti).

RM had the idea of "the golden maknae" nickname, he was praising Jungkook for being a jack of all trades, back when Kookie was young and not so confident. It's no one's fault in particular, it just happens because he's a star. Jungkookie has also always been a perfectionist, they all are, to some extent.

jin is the one who announced in 2019 that the group almost disbanded and he is the older brother, one of the peacekeepers of the group.
as for jungkook, he has always been labeled as the “golden younger brother” who is good at everything, i feel like he joined bts at a really young age and i could see how identity issues could come with that. his style has changed drastically in the last few years and maybe that correlates too.
i believe rm as the leader, is the main reason bts has had such longevity this far. and what you said ab his relationship to jin, jk, and v! jk is the youngest which may be why he is so protective of him as well as the rest of the group probably.
fans have also noticed that jimin is getting screwed over by their company, in terms of lack of lines, and the fact that he gets left out of some contents.
jhope is actually seen to be the smiley happy member (by fans) who is very kind and almost like the second leader of the group. i believe the other members have said that he is the scariest when serious/angry though. also! his father is a teacher!
i truly believe their company has a huge hand in them feeling like they lost the direction of BTS. i also felt like it must have taken a lot for them to finally get a hiatus like this. the last time they announced a “break” was in 2019, it wasn’t even a proper break. and its known by army that hybe has been overworking them. my guess is that the group didn’t want to go on tour and the management was upset? a tour was highly anticipated for this/next year by many fans. i really believe the management manipulates things so that they can make money, good or bad.
Have you seen the kpop idols who have successfully self harmed? They push and push until they completely break them. I'm glad that the guys are doing what they need to recharge and reset.
@@jessicacook5722 i agree, the blatant disregard for kpop idols mental health and physical wellbeing is really sickening. the boys know this, they also know that being in the industry has deprived them of opportunities to grow and discover themselves. i hope this can be a positive turning point in their career, and that things will get better for them within (or out of) HYBE. they deserve that much for their hard work, their name and work built that company to what it is now.
RM wrote (or said) that they were supposed to start doing solo projects after the Map of the Soul 7 tour but then COVID hit and everything changed. It's been a long time coming.

Solo isn't the death of BTS, it's an expansion. I hope others see it that way too. I'm an older fan and I have eclectic taste in music. I think that these entertainment companies should find a better and safer way for their idols to succeed and continue to produce music. Human beings aren't meant to work like that. These groups continue to deliver the impossible and are pushed that much harder the next time. I hope so much for BTS to take this time, explore themselves as individuals and come back stronger than ever.

Wanted to add a bit about the reading in a different way than most comments as of now. In Jin’s part of the reading you mention him having a baby vibe, big brother younger brother, and nostalgia. To me, it makes sense in two ways, first he is the oldest in the group but he is very playful, he maintains the belief that you stay young as long as you think young. The second, he is the youngest in his family, and his brother got married and had a child, so those are definitely big changes that be affecting him, ruminating in the past in both his family and band. I also kind of feel like he could get the normal job if he wishes so at some point, his brother and him already own a restaurant that the brother manages most.
About the punishment, there’s a lot we don’t know of, but recently the new president tried to get them to perform for him on the first week of government or something along those lines, and they refused. This year the possibility of them being exempted from the army also got the negative. They always have said they’d serve, but maybe the company had bet a lot on that historical change if it had happened at last.
About contracts and shady stuff happening like fake news, earlier this year some news outlets tried to tarnish Jimin’s reputation by reporting on unpaid insurance mail being found. But none of it made sense because the mail had been STOLEN so how would he had known, while also being overseas at that time. Fans have also speculated that only management or people with access to their high end residential condos could’ve gotten anything from his mailbox. Or stalkers.
About jhope, most people do see his good nature and big heart, but the “calculated” vibe you might be reading could be his sort of OCD traits. He’s very organized and clean, also known to be strict when it comes to perfecting his dance and bts’, so maybe there’s an underlying perception of him being picky or lowkey neurotic (said lovingly). But just so you know, he had a scholarship made to his name in a school from his hometown, the scholarship is for girls to keep studying and it’s been granted for the past three years or so. There’s many other charitable acts he has done too.

OMG I haven't even finished the reading and this is part of my top favorites. Super accurate, the members talked about how tight Suga's schedule is, I remember Suga talking about how he felt sorry for JK because he had to find himself or something like that, I can go on and on about this reading. In all I could see they needed a hiatus after being almost a 3 year fan and going through all their work over the years. You can see they have alot to say but can't. What happened was the management company changed and I feel that is what the problem is. The original company merged with another and they were forced to sing English songs that didn’t match who they were as a group. I think this is the group rebelling.
I wouldn’t be surprised if because they didn’t win the Grammy the company tried to give them ANOTHER English song to try all over again for a third time and maybe they refused that. Because in the festa dinner joon emphasised the fact that that they tried again with butter and didn’t win but they way he said it was almost monotonous like he was just tired of the bullshit. I’m well aware I could be reaching tho, just a thought.

RM is definitely the driving force behind BTS, he's amazing. He's always been generous with his talent and time. Jin & Joon has always been great friends, Joon always looked after V when they were coming up, they have a good respect for one another. There is a fierce mutual love between Joon and JK. JK literally joined the group for Joon. And Jimin has totally been screwed over. He is a beautiful dancer and singer and he's never been used to his full potential in my opinion. He's a good person. Hobi is not mean, he can be intense but he's a good guy. Maybe the perception is from his duality as a person, he is literally sunshine personified but I know he's said he gets very down!?

Wow your reading puts a lot into perspective! Initially I assumed they were taking a break from group activities because the magic army (pun) age is coming up for Jin and Suga. There's also a lot of conspiracy theories with the V and Jennie dating scandal that it was to try and draw attention away from the LE SERRAFIM bullying scandal so that can be one of the fake news going on.
J Hope is supposed to be the "2nd leader" of the group, and I don't think I've encountered any fans who has negative perceptions of him but if I remember correctly the members have stated that he is very strict in the work room and dance studio.
Hes the most disciplined. He cracks the whip. They respect the results . They look great performing and respect him. So what he says goes. He definitely has a dark side. Yes he's all sunshine with an easy laugh. The work mode /private is quiet and intense.

I was kinda worried about what you’d say, but the group reading sounds extremely probable!
