tres aren't actually that bad, since you barely flick. Most of the work is done with the scoop of the backfoot anyway, and that's with the sole/bottoms part of the fingers. Now a kickflip...
You want the pop at a 45 degree angle from where you start it swinging with the backfoot. The front foot barely does anything if you get the right amount of pressure with the backfoot. That's why it gets easier. Land it with the front foot first. Took me 4 hours of straight failing before it clicked for me though lol.

Jump forward and back to move your body with the board. When you do a 360 flip, the board moves forward and slightly back from the pop, so you gotta move your body to match the board's movement.
360 flips are my favorite trick or im just happy that I can do 360 flips because it took like 3 days to land my first 360 flip then it took like a 2 months to learn it.
After you scoop it with your back foot you gotta lift that foot up to let it flip all the way. Its kinda weird at first but you'll be throwin' em down sets in no time- just suck that back foot up and catch it with your front foot mostly. Back foot should catch it slightly after your front foot does.

@attila772 If you still have problems with tres, I would suggest you try leaning backwards a little bit and depending if it flips completely or not, jump higher. That's what I did when I learned my tres.
Im not even close to tre fliping but i have managed to be able to get the rotation down and figured out how to land with one foot atleast. Shits hard buy i find it really comfortable and satisfying to do

@DemonSamaJr you need to keep your back foot moving in a forward momentum. its tricky to break the habit. the scoop is the biggest key to a tre flip.
