I ain’t saying that, he is! That too because his 2-3 knowns had to go back to India as they couldn’t find a job.

You have two years of visa to find a job most of the students who are from good financial background and freshers can afford to waste 2 years and try luck. But this year it's evident that they are not hiring immigrants if you are not having a STEM degree and experience. 6 people I know personally have left ireland this year who couldn't get a job.
