Most of the older shows we grew up with and they lasted a long time. If these new shows lasted longer I'm sure we could finally accept them like classics in a few years like we could with the old ones.

They should bring back like a mix of the Powerhouse era- The Yes and CN City era as Cartoon Networks next step, and call it the remix era to celebrate Snyder being gone XD Also, the last one is one of my favorites in CN City

It's really funny because there's a pic showing all the old cartoonnetwork characters in a movie theater which is filled. And then they show a movie theater will all the new characters and it's not packed. :D
I think I know why Cartoon Network came up with the shows like Adventure time and Regular Show. Maybe because they know us teens loved these shows back in 1999-2005, and know that teens complain about how preteen shows like Invader Zim or even Timon and Pumbaa are gone from the other networks. So they make more mature teen shows for the 2005 kids that our now teens today. Although the new cartoon network will never be the same.
You know what I like about these moments? It's that the characters from different shows interact which is fucking awesome. I mean sure there's barely any dialogue but the interactions and reactions are priceless. I would like to see these back they were awesome and not just because I am nostalgic. But it also gives the channel back then more effort and care was put into those parts. Now? It feels generic. This is why I don't like bumpers anymore today. Because at least put some more effort. Hell all you would have to do is something like this again. I would like to see the PPG's interact with Adventure Time characters, Or Steven Universe characters interact with Regular Show characters. well disney channel has gravity falls now so at least its not as bad now and Cn still has good shows like Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Amazing World of Gumball. As long as they still have them it's not completely bad.

CN was VERY creative back in the day with their cartoons. They actually put TIME in creating their character's personalities, looks, and style perfectly. Now days... The stupid characters are just THROWN together with a reality life plot that gets repetitious. e_e *Yawn* GIVE US BACK OUR 'OLD' CARTOON NETWORK!! >_
