- Tangle along with Martha and Molly as they guide you through the first lesson in this series. Feel free to watch this video through first before going back and doing it yourself.
Creativity is a powerful tool. By tapping into your inner artist, you build confidence and strength. You increase the potential to see your world differently than you did before. You might realize that you are the painter of your own canvas, that you are the designer of your life's work, and that you are the gardener in your very own tangled garden.
In this Project Pack, we explore the tangle genus of organic tangles, particularly ones of a botanical nature. Together we will plant seeds, nurture them, and watch them grow in unexpected and beautiful ways.
Upload your work to the Zentangle Mosaic App or other social media with the hashtags #PP21 and #PP21Day01.

You girls are amazing! I love that you’re sisters, and I love that you work together and not competitively. Loving these videos!
These remind me of Banksia seed pods (I’m in Australia). Once the flower has died off, these spectacular seed pods are left behind with the same gaps. So pretty.
Banksia man!
Thank you for showing this.....😊
Magical indeed Molly & Martha! 🧚
The playfulness and whimsy you've created are wonderful. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us all.
This was wonderful fun! Thank you Molly and Martha! ❤️
Already loving this project pack. I would like to see a shot of the finished 'tile' at the beginning. It helps me to enjoy the journey when I have an idea of where we're going. This might not be pure zentangle philosophy, but then watching the video through first isn't either. Love all the work you do. Thank you for sharing ❤
I enjoyed a lot! A magical flower for me, which grows in Hobbiton and elves’ forests. Delicious, specially the full moon blooming. You might feel lightness and relaxed when eaten
You create such incredibly innovative projects, a joy and inspiration!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful 👍😍. Very interesting, thank you.
Amazing! Thank you!!!! You are great artists !
As soon as I watched the introduction video, I had to go buy the project pack! See, I've had the idea in my head of figuring out what tangles can be used to simplify nature sketching-- whether the tangle needs slight or heavy modification. This project pack is adjacent to my idea, except it's intended to be more fantastical than my idea is.
Love this entire concept & rendition!!
Magnifique j'adore. Je découvre le zentangle est c'est génial. Vous êtes fantastique❤❤❤❤
Super instructional video for this enchanting organic tangle. I loved drawing this even without the project pack. Mine is a bit smaller as I hadn't realised the size of the tile I named my plant 'Dancing Diva's Blooms' and it only flowers in moonlight, inspired by my cactus that does the same - I got up at 2am in July to see it open. Thanks to Martha and Molly.
So cute and exciting!
It looks beautiful.
Beautiful, I love this pp all ready❤❤
I just finished creating a "Milky Puffweed" Thanks for this inspiration.
So much fun!!! Thanks for this brilliant idea. I found a used copy of the Peterson & McKenny Wildflower book, which is on its way to me. What a treasure!
Really fun!!
That’s absolutely lovely!!!
Nice dimension
I’ll probably add a wee bit of green on the long leaves
I tried this out in my sketch book and I was happy with how it turned out. I just went ahead and purchased #21 and I am looking forward to doing all of the projects. I love the Fantasy Botanical Theme. Wondering if you have a field book Bird or Bug Theme project in the works. That would be fun too.
I love tangling. It has helped me manage my arthritis pain and has also given me a new outlook on life. No mistakes, it all works out, just flow. Thank you!
Well, wish I would have known about needing the envelope it came in...I always cut out the PP Decal Number and have everything in a plastic box to keep it all together. Hopefully, I can make something work.
No worries. You see what we do at the end. The you'll figure out what to do.
Nice 👍❤️😀😘😀🙂👍
Wyomings' flower is The Indian Paintbrush they are so beautiful!!
Fun!
Can I spray a workable fixative on the final work?
What materials are needed? Oh yes, the introduction didn’t pop up first for me but look for “Intro to Project Pack #21” and there you will find out what is in the PP#21 and decide how to create your own set at home.
If you watch the introduction video, they go through everything like that.
Hello..! It's gorgeous..❣️❣️❣️ I don't understand English...🤷🏻 Please write here someone the real name of THIS plant that you are drawing...🙏❤️
drawing is inspired by "lady slipper" plant
Hi. I responded to you in a great way (I thought), but I guess they removed my comment. I’m afraid to re-write what I wrote if it will be removed again. 🤷🏻♀️
Please could you tell me what size the tile is please
Hi Amanda. It's 5-3/8 x 7 inches.
Can someone tell me the size of the tile for this project.
It is approximately 5.5x7inches
@@Zentangle Thank you 😊
what size are these sheets of paper?
Approximately 5 x 7
@@Zentangle thanks. I’m trying to get the proportions correct!
A great art form but a bit complicated.
Please increase your volume when recording and mic each participant separately.
Hi Linda. You're right. After this series, we made a change in how we record these. I think you'll like the result.
They look like bulrushes. Nice!
Very pretty but your project packs have so expensive for the lower income people to buy
Postage can also be super expensive for people in some countries. We always encourage you to play along with whatever materials you have available.
it looks like carrots on a stem .
When Molly speaks, almost every other word had an "UM". In this video she had 97 "UM". I'm not trying to criticize as I am trying to critique. It is very distracting to me. So much so, I have to mute her in order to watch the video. 😞
