Open the app and goto it's settings to select audio options. In windows PC, your control panel under sound devices options helps you select mic input and audio output.
When you install any audio interfcae it will have both input as well as output. You can select that in all conference softwares like Webex, MS teams, Zoom etc. Hope it helps.

Hi, My laptop has separate ports for mice and sound. How can I use the 3mm earphone and use its (earphone) microphone for calls/audio recording.

Yes it can. You will have to configure your sound settings in your computer.
