Another good trick with the self levelling/caulk/ sealant around the rear lights is straight after applying, just spray over with detergent water and run your finger along the sealant. That will make it super-smooth !😎

I noticed that when you fitted the side compartment door, you didn’t use any sealant around the outside, where it fits flush with the body. This will allow water to seep into the side wall and compartment 😬😁 I know how it feels to be so excited close to the end of a project.. looking great 😃👍
Apply tape about 1/8 inch from the area where you are applying silicone. After the bead is laid and smoothed, remove the tape and you’ll have a clean straight line edge
A bit of a marathon this one, almost as long as the burnt one you did last year. I love the white yes you could have painted the slide out but it will only be used when it's dark so who will notice?👀 A few mechanical issues to resolve as you say Michael until the test drive you wouldn't know. Thanks for sharing your hard work on this project Brothers. 👍 👍
Would love to see it completed and also curious on how much you have into it not counting your labor. Which is a lot I’m sure. But just overall purchase price and parts.

No two ways about it use done real good that was a big job and the two BROTHERS knocked it over without a problem super skilled BROTHERS team effort and costing bugger all compare to what it’s worth the two of youse done the hard work so you definitely deserve A good payday👍💰🤝🍻

Looks amazing! I have the Thor Avis looks just like this one. Now you’re giving my husband ideas lol. One problem we have is the wipers bump into each other and one bends. Any ideas on this?
self leveling caulk is only for the roof. flat services. for the lights etc either butyl tape or caulk BETWEEN the surfaces not after they are attached. You guys do incredible work!
Next time borrow some of Ivan's painters tape put around those lights so you can tool the caulking smooth,but you both did a great job.thanks john from arizona

You have to smooth out the caulking... with a qet finger! Or put it under and screw the light on... like a water pump!
on the window gasket apply super glue to the ends to keep them from pulling apart!
