Samuel Demeulemeester, "The case for 100% money"

Samuel Demeulemeester presents his paper "The Case for 100% Money" in which he makes ten arguments for separating the issuing of means of payment ("money") from bank loans, by subjecting all transferable ("checking") bank account balances to 100% reserves in public ("state-created") money.
