I used the whiteboard thing on him and told him that the black dots are my flaws, and told him he doesn't see the white all around. And told him the white is my goodness and happiness and he responded back just now with telling me iknow you do or i wouldn't be trying here, but it's hard to see the white when the black dots are getting so big I can't see the white anymore. Paul, please tell me where to start here. You are amazing, Paul!

@Hobby_mamma from watching these videos from Paul Friedman, very helpful 👌 and I now see if I just smile all the time tell him how sweet and strong my hubby is, he loves that. Almost as if I'm praising my child. Love love love. Always happy with my daughter, so just be happy towards your husband. Then he won't be yelling and saying leave and are done.

So are you saying that they are angry because of some type of fear ?

fear is the universal catalyst for off-putting expressions, so the point is to not take anyone's anger personally.

I understand where and why my husband is angry from past trauma in his childhood. Sometimes he acknowledges it but most times even after he’s calmed down he can’t see it any other way. I know I cannot heal him or help him and there is little to no peace in our home. I don’t want my kids to grow up seeing their father yelling, pointing a finger at, and throwing things towards, their mother. I’ve come to a point where it is over. Idk how it will work but I cannot do it anymore. I appreciate these videos but I worry that they are enabling people who are in a serious problem to keep trying to rise above their spouses anger. Sometimes you need to leave.

How silly to blame his childhood on you and he not creating the fulfilling love and happiness marriage you promised him and he promised you! Get the course for women and forget these wester psych stupid excuses for failure. Before you waste your life with these misguided ideas you could at least try my way. It has worked for thousands and you can look at the reviews on the website. I am sure you will find much worse cases than yyours that have been turned around.
