Germany and Italy are paying only two percent interest on their debts while Africa and I'd dare say some Caribbean countries, are paying 10 and 15 percent on their debts. That's why countries default on their debts. This is not sustainable, IMF. 😢😢😢 sad. As this gentleman said, Italy and Germany admitted that they would have defaulted too if they were paying such high interest rates!!!
