the cream is fine.. the amount of oatmilk is alot more calories than the cream. Also fat doesnt make you obese, its the sugar that will do that.@@BuiltInBrooklyn
@@Bubby91 No it’s not fine and oat milk isn’t as calorie dense as cream, she used a lot of cream! Fat in itself doesn’t make you obese, but it’s more calorie dense that carbs and protein (9 calories/gram vs 4/gram for carbs and protein) so people end up consuming a lot of calories from fat without realizing it, and unlike carbs most dietary fat gets stored as fat in the body, unless your body is fat adapted (look that up). Yes sugar/highly processed carbs are really bad for you if you don’t watch your intake and especially if you don’t move around enough. Also, the combination of high fat high sugar foods is one of the worst things you can do to your body. Not only does that cause weight gain but that combination also increases appetite and cravings which can lead to obesity in the not so long term!
If you lock the espresso handle into the group head, and don't press the extraction button straight away, the coffee will burn. Depends on the machine, this one is a thermoblock machine. Most thermoblock machine doesn’t heat the grouphead when idle.. and people usually have to do blank shots to warm up the portafilter. You probably can’t froth the oat milk the same way as the heavy cream. But I’m not sure as I’ve never used a milk frother before.
