Do a video on the rise of Clemson football/ how Clemson has recovered since the Georgia game. I knows it’s only been two games, but it seems like Garret Riley’s offense is finally showing up, and Clemson looks scary! Them and Miami are easily the two best teams in the ACC.
Kent State was a solid MAC team with a fun offense just a few years ago. The transfer portal era plus losing their HC absolutely crushed this program into the ground. Hope they can get it turned around.
Houston is my alma mater and I went to their game at Cincinnati.... oh my goodness are we awful.... the move to the Big 12 improved every one of our sports, but our football team is nearing a place of no return. We'll probably go 1-11 this year, and if we don't hit any home runs in the portal, we'll probably be 1-11 next year as well. At least we have basketball.
I think Kent st and umass are among the worst this year. Living in the Boston area, UMass is a 2 hr drive tucked in W Mass. Tough for alumni to go a football game (majority either live in nyc or Boston metro areas) when year in and year out they are among the fbs worst. They have yet to win more than 4 games since jumping over to the fbs. Recruiting is tough as well.
Probably not the worst team (but close), but Temple always seems to be one of the saddest programs in FBS football as a whole. Playing in a mostly-empty pro stadium, apathetic city, almost always losing seasons, no meaningful rivalries and a nomadic conference existence.
WORST TEAMS, BEST COMMISSIONER? The Mountain West conference might have the best commissioner in all of college football. Realignment will put UTEP (0-4), Wyoming (1-4), New Mexico (1-4), Air Force (1-3), Nevada (2-3) and Hawaii (2-2) in the Mountain West by 2026. As of Oct. 4, 2024, only San Jose St. (3-1) and UNV (4-1) have winning records, but earlier this year Gloria Nevarez signed a multi-year deal with TNT to broadcast 14 MW football games this year.
UNLV fan here. I would have put the Rebels on this list over the forty years but we finally hired an AD with past college football experience (K State) instead of some D.E.I. hire with no clue about football.
Honestly, there wasn't much wrong with this video. Even if I'd tweak the positioning of a team or two, it would only be a single position shift, and wouldn't change who you ultimately classified as the worst. I do still standby my previous comment for FAU, though. Losing 48-14 to UConn is an ugly loss.
Definitely not the worst team, but the fact that they're even talked about in this conversation with the history they have says it all. By far the most underperforming team I have ever seen
The team I believe is worst is Charlotte. They get blown out by JMU, get a semi competitive game against UNC with a horrendous defense, and blown out by Indiana. Their only win was against Gardner Webb, where they had to rally from a 20-6 deficit to start the 4th quarter and win by only 1.
@ 1:02 ~ What?! They don't have a Terrible Loss ..? You did just state that they lost to UConn, 48-14. Anytime you lose to UConn in Football, it's a bad loss. Losing to them 48-14 is an atrocious defeat.
I don't understand why Miami of Ohio is in this video. This school lost the MAC title game last year and went to a bowl game with an 11-2 record. Losing 3 games no one expected them to win against major schools ( two of which were Road Games We ( as in Miami of Ohio) Need To Balance the Athletic Budget) should not be cause to map them in with Akron and Kent State. If the criterion is any 0-3 team is to be mentioned, then we don't need a video from a so called "expert". My cousin in first grade can do that. And speaking of Kent State and Akron,, they were arguably the worst two schools in all of FBS in 2023, with Kent the worst based on its loss to Akron. Iit may be these two fighting it out for the bottom again in 2024. Mark your calendars people of the November 19th Stink Bowl between Kent State and Akron.
I agree but more than half of the MWC and MAC are extremely garbage too and this includes two schools that are joining the rebuilt PAC, who claim are dropping the dead weight from the MWC to make the PAC strong enough to be supposedly the best G6; which they will not be. But don’t be surprised if once again CUSA has more than half their conference bowl eligible and going bowling and doing well in bowl games overall. Yes, last season Liberty was crushed; but the rest of the conference did quite well as opposed to the other G5/6 teams and conferences and even a few A5/4 colleges and conferences.
The worst teams are the entire big12. In BYUs second year they are feasting on the inferior competition. Everyone said they would be dead last in the conference and we should be afraid of Kansas state lmao.
Florida state is overrated every year because of their brand. They play in a weak conference. The playoff committee was right to leave them out last year. They were trash without their qb and it showed with that 63-3 embarrassing annihilation. Plenty of teams like hated utah are able to compete despite their qb being injured. It just shows what a bad program they are running at fsu. The only conspiracy here is how they got such a high overrated preseason ranking despite their total lack of talent. Another conspiracy is how 99% of their fans didn’t graduate from there let alone graduate from high school. PS BYU will win the big12 this year . Go cougs!
What topic should I do next?

Talk about how bad Caleb Williams is.
The rise of Tennessee Football in 2024.
The best defense in each conference!!!!
Do a breakdown of the top teams in the FCS level. Similar to how you rank the top teams in the FBS

Exact same thing happened to Buffalo a few years ago, and they're only recovering now.

Longterm I think it will help your football program but emphasis on longterm lol
@@chrisgeyer4002 I hope so. But it’s especially hard when we have a new head coach every two seasons.
Lol, and still almost beat Oklahoma
Good thing about Houston is they don’t have to go far to recruit dogs. Give it time
You can thank Dana Holgorsen for that. He left WVU in Shambles in 2019 and they just started to really recover last season with a 8-4 record.

Colgate is an fcs school and they play in the Patriots league. The only reason why I know that is because they play New Hampshire every once in a while
I’m getting 2010
Vibes when Kansas football fell apart
At least they got the chiefs I’m a lions fan😢
You might be right. Could also be losing that OC to PSU hurt more than people thought it would and a good hire this off-season will right the ship.
Really Kansas fell apart in 2009. they lost 7 straight games after starting 5-0
@@edwardkelly3280 I remember that I thought it was in 2010 for a second

UTEP THE 1985 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS

I'm a Colorado fan (C/O 2017), and so far, I've been pleasantly surprised by the team.
Them UTEP jersey 🔥
They need to go back to the Texas Western brand "utep" is cursed.

Best college football channel on TH-cam. You deserve a million subs. Keep up the hard work and amazing videos and the subs will come im sure of it

This honestly might be the year Vanderbilt actually looks competitive and win some conference games(2-3)👍. Came a long way.
Diego Pavia by himself is gonna win them an SEC game or two this year. Dude is a dog idk why he transferred to Vandy of all schools
He chose vandy cause his old coach at nmsu is the coach at vandy
Stumbling across this comment now 💀
As someone who is from Southeast Missouri (Sikeston) thank you for calling SEMO the right name! 🙏
SEMO plays Mizzou all the time so I know all about them!
SIU will take the wheel home next year
Hawaii! Texas high school atmosphere, empty stands

Welp I feel offended when seeing this UTEP is really gotten horrible with our new Head coach and playing a lot of FCs level players watch us be 1-11
I imagine it would be fun to attend a UMass game and root against the minutemen
Do top 10 or even top 25 of the group 5 teams
New Mexico literally isn’t that bad, you’ll see in league play they genuinely have talent and have one the better QBs in the group of five
As a Noles fan we are definitely the worst team in college football right now.
Skipping Auburn is the best win they’ve had this year.
Yes Utep is the worst team. We do have new head coaches so i hope they figure out. As long as they can beat New Mexico st.
Someone needs to let Kent state know tanking doesn’t work in college football
