Okay it still asking for youtube to be updated and chrome to be updated to be able to access it and it won't update because there is no Google account and it won't accept any other Google account then the one registered on this device

An easy solution is to perform a wipe data operation from recovery mode and double-click on the wipe data option and then reboot system now.
