This is great! I do side leg lifts, "air bicycle" and pilates type movments in bed because it is painful for my joints to lay on the floor. Anyone that has arthritis, fibromyalgia or lyme and is still trying to tone can exercise from bed! Do more of these! Great video!

I have CMTX and these are great to do before I sleep. I suffer with restless legs a lot, and after doing 15 minutes of these my legs are nice and warm and muscles stretched. I feel relaxed, thanx x
Absolutely awesome I’m fat and having difficulty breathing just moving after theee sets I was out of breath. This is what I needed to get started bicycle was more of a walking cycle but I kept doing it. THANK YOU!
