According to me, if you are purchasing a new vehicle, it's mandatory to use a harness as your vehicle's wiring warranty doesn't void. And also a good quality harness saves your lights as well as your battery as it has relay and fuse built in. So a wiring harness is mandatory unless you are a chapri rider

Dear Amit, I wish to install fog lights in my Renault Kiger rxz as the visibility of the stock light is insufficient for night highway driving. I want fix them below the stock lights where actually there is a place to fix them. Kindly check and suggest whether I can install Eye 3 or Eye 4 to fit into that place and would a harness is required to be on a safer side. What would be the total cost with harness? Sir Maddog ke normal 599 wala switch ke sath dual y lens wala hjg ka light laga sakte hai kya ? Usme 1 hi switch hai . Mera bas white wala bhi light jalega toh chalega mere liye. Yellow nahi chahiye mereko

Main problem is if u r taking without harness many time if any connection problem happen if mechanic properly didn't fit the lights the bt short circuit it can cause fire...so for safety purpose use with harness only
