Music levels no matter what you do you cant get faster its just the same speed same thing for mosquitos even tho they could use some skips but there's barely any

This just means that he just speedruns level without trying to collect like as much teensies as possible or 600 lums
No teensies means to get to the end of the level as fast as possible, getting teensies doesn't disqualify the runs
