A crucial but simple advice. The aerodynamism is important, if you make a creature with a wide and flat head, or with akwardly protuding parts, it's gonna be much slower for the same mass.
Good to see more people picking this up. There's a dev discord where people share all kinds of stuff and can make suggestions. Mostly a solo dev who built the engine. They only just brought someone on to design creatures. Really hoping this picks up enough steam to grow to it's full potential.
If they don't communicate on Steam, they shouldn't be on Steam. As a matter of fact, the new Steam policy requires them to be active and vocal on the Steam forums for the game.
"spore meets noita" well now I HAVE TO buy the game... when it comes out (yes I edited just to add this part, I typed the comment before checking the steam page) I enjoyed both games very much
The dad jokes :') I wonder if I warp the sense of humour of my kids with my dad jokes. Or if their cognition is left intact after I set up such a bomb like the flower shop one.
Can anyone name the game that is similar this one? Where you build little 2D spaceships with lasers, energy generators and shields. There's different factions and unlocking means you get to build with squares instead of hexagons and other shapes.
@Nookrium I don't know how you keep track of all the games you play but thank you. With the game you suggested after I looked it up. I saw similar games and found the game called "Reassembly". It's what I have been trying to find and only took 5 years of looking to find it again. Clicking on this video turned out great. look forward to your content.
Seems pretty unlikely with the heavy physics sim. There's a very active discord if you want to make suggestions though. Get enough demand going and they might try.
Somebody slept on the couch.

@@penguinton7691 Glad you found the game, honestly this reminded me exactly of another game called Nimbatus where you create drones instead
Ahh yeah, Reassembly is a good one store.steampowered.com/app/329130/Reassembly/
If the Dev is commenting and
or watching, please consider
doing a Nintendo Switch Port
of this game, after Steam Launch.

That game is a pretty cool find.
Dude, you look a lot younger.
It's a bit like Reassembly
