Finishing Touches: Adding Plants & Top Dressing a Garden Bed with Compost

Today we finished tidying up this garden bed by adding some more plants to fill in any gaps and top dressing with compost.
Because this narrow front garden bed has limited soil, its nutrients get depleted and my Purple Pillar Rose of Sharon is looking like it is suffering from chlorosis (iron deficiency).
In addition to fertilizer, I’m hoping top dressing with a good compost will give this garden a much needed nutrient boost.
