Good Q I did learn Linux but I haven’t used it since working, from what I understand Linux is essentially for AWS users but not as much for azure (as there’s a greater focus on windows OS)! Networking has been very important for my roles and I’m not seee exactly what you mean by ‘server’ but generally networking & Linux are good place to start!
Is cloud computing and cloud engineering the same or does cloud engineering come under one of the cloud computing roles ? If so, what other roles are there? I’m new to this but I keep getting confused.
Good Q, exactly I say cloud engineering because I’m working as an engineer we carry out the implementation and maintenance of stuff! Whilst other roles like cloud architects are responsible for the design and overseeing of stuff but are still under cloud computing! Hope that makes some sense 😅
I don’t think it matters much at this stage it’s basically the same thing in terms of what course you’re going for! Someone correct me if I’m wrong 💁🏾♂️
A good question, no you do not need software development knowledge to learn AWS most of the AWS certs especially the foundational ones involve little or no coding/programming, I haven’t done many AWS certs myself but from my understanding software knowledge is not a requirement!
@@caleboni.certifiedI'm almost done studying for the AWS Solutions Architect Associate and will write the exam soon. What do I have to do to become job ready? And exactly what roles can I apply for? I've heard the Solutions/Cloud architect roles aren't for beginners
I'm aspiring Data analytics 3rd year student , should i start learning cloud computing also , as learning ML cant make me to get the job as fresher , so why not start with data + cloud

Seeing courses on cloud engineering and some on cloud computing, which am I supposed to go for ?

Amazing! Well I don’t know much about data analytics or ML learning path but I see no reason why not start learning cloud 👌🏾🔥
Interesting
