- Taking on a MASSIVE 10lb Cajun Seafood Challenge at Long Time No Sea Cajun Seafood and Bar in Manassas, Virginia! Challengers have just 1 hour to take on a huge platter of seafood with all the fixins, including:
2 Snow Crabs, 1 Lobster Tail, 1lb of Green Mussels, 1lb of Shrimp, 2lbs of Crawfish, 1lb of Andouille Sausage, 4 eggs, 4 corn on the cob, 4 potatoes, 1 Po' Boy, 1 fried "Super Basket" (which includes catfish, chicken wings, calimari, and fries), and a huge bowl of Cajun style dirty rice which has even MORE shrimp and sausage mixed in!
Winners receive the $170 meal for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on the restaurant's Wall of Fame!!!

Man that "Recess" t-shirt brings me back to my childhood, good times. Cartoon is over 20 years old yet i remember watching it like it was yesterday, time flies but memories are forever.

I have been following you for a while now, and I have watched you improve dramatically! Great job! That was a HUGE meal.
I appreciate that you can still enjoy the food, heck, even a quarter of the way through, let alone when you're finally digging into the sandwich etc. I'm not sure it would be anything but torment to me lol.

Quality video! I had my doubts in the beginning with seeing what you had to conquer. I’m from VA and know it’s difficult to crack and peel if you’re no use to it so I thought that would be the main challenge along with the thick bread and rice. Your capacity held up nicely and your speed was just enough to be on point. I enjoyed watching this a lot. Great job Katina. I’m glad my doubts were put to rest ☺️

Speaking as a spectator, I'm wondering if maybe you'd pop in an egg or something easy to eat while shelling the hard stuff, you could have shaved off some more time. I'm not a pro eater so this is just an observation. You did beat the challenge so congrats on another win. I'm a huge fan.

It’s always funny to watch mid state/northerners peel or crack seafood 🦞 I find it extremely amusing because southerners have grown up doing this. It’s just normal for us but I realize you guys don’t get it fresh like we do so it’s not something you grew up with at all. You did amazing Katina!!! That was super tough! Looked like such an unimaginable amount of food but at the very end your sips of soda in between the last corn on the cob!! I was sooo stressed loll
I almost stopped halfway thru after she finished that huge tray and started the po' boy to comment that she should've the tray nearby and dipped the po' boy in it, but actually did that. I also the juice from that tray would've went nice with rice, fries, catfish and whatever else was remaining. But, to each-their-own!

It all looked delicious! No way I could eat all that in an hour, and I doubt I could it it all in one day. I can guarantee though that the 2 things that would kill me are the potatoes (not the fries, the round potatoes,) and the rice...but especially the potatoes, they would slooooow me down and fill me up at the same time. I would love to go to a party tray of all of that seafoody goodness to nibble on though, lol! ~Be Blessed
