Back in the Saddle: First Ride after Crashing the Eahora Juliet

- Getting back on the bike, this is the first ride since wrecking on the Eahora Juliet. I sprained my wrist and scraped up my knees and elbow, but overall, I'm fine. I ended up breaking the kickstand and left mirror. I have replaced those. But ... on this ride, I discover that I bent the left pedal crank arm.

I crashed on my Lectric EP. Last week. It has crank sensors/ cadence sensors and I was turning on loose gravel over asphalt. Very tricky like ice. The crank sensor kicked in unexpectedly and I was on the ground before I knew what happened. skinned up and bruised but nothing broken. The bike will lurch forward and kick the front wheel out from under you in a heartbeat. I should have kept at least one brake lever pulled so it couldn't do that. lesson learned. Hope my experience helps save someone else form getting hurt. Hang in there and hope you get well soon.
Ouch. Hope you heal up quickly. I have finally got over the road rash serious itching phase. (about 2 months) It has healed but still scarred. My wrist is feeling it still. I just don't seem to heal as well anymore.
I know what you mean about covering the brakes. On my motorcycle, it is much simpler to recover when the rear starts sliding out. The front is harder, but still easier than on the bicycle. Not sure if it's the shorter distance or what. I don't have good pedal position awareness, I guess.
Ahhhh.. im sure its scary after..its been kinda cold here too but gonna be 68°f today 😁

I got the Juliet 2 yesterday delivered and got it together and put it at PAS 5 propped up on the kickstand and gave it full throttle and only went up to 20.2 mph.I
I didn't get it out on the road yet and wondered if this comes from the factory at this speed and has to be unlocked by the owner ?
What do you make of this issue?
@bhaltazhar105 if you are in the United States, it should just be a need to change the settings in the smart display.
I think that is a different display than I have, but Eahora has manuals on their website. If you are outside the United States, it may be limited.

Pretty sure it was a hawk, but he may have been an aerial spy in communication with the squirrels when I left my house. lol
I prefer all ebike pov vids without too much commentary.
