Dark Walther's speed is close to 290. So if outspeeding him is not an option then bring 2 clerics, ideally 7* lvl 50+ Syphfride + Mu or Syphfride + Water Vanessa. A strong AoE dps, a sniper and a character to crowd control the mobs. (Could be F fram if yours is maxed or Wlumie, etc...)
Note: The Mobs hit harder than dark walther himself since their active skills (the aoe laser) is empowered by one of the boss' passive.

Hey buddy. Currently saving up renown for LOlivia, but I'm seeing some good stuff about ELaph. Is Olivia even worth it or just take Laph?

Just go for Elaph. Lolivia is overpriced and one of the worst renown strikers. Other units like Elaph and Fluci will give you far better results in the damage department.

However if you own other units such as dkhelga, miriande, Lfram or other Aoe damage dealers with the 'damage scales with enemy max hp ×5' then you can skip Elaph and either max those mentioned units or keep saving
