    I lovingly think of you as the mad scientist. I love that you experiment live for us. For me it is a great way to learn. The pigments really popped on the black.

    Hi Lisa, I’m loving the blooms, so ethereal and the flip cup is just as gorgeous. Thank you 🙏 for the experiment today, it was very enlightening for me. I’m now sitting here, thinking 🤔, why haven’t I looked at a binder, for my pigments, before now? 🤦‍♀️
    Love to you and family ♥️🙏♥️💐💐💐

    Awesome, Lisa. I love all three of these. I would never had thought to do a flip cup like you did. Jeeze... I would be going crazy with all that paint on my hands! 🤣🥰

    If you want to know, not sure how often you use binder, but Amsterdam makes Acrylic Binder and it’s thicker than your Bindex. And thank you so much for this video

    Hi Lisa, I've been a fan for years, I used to watch you on my other channel regularly. Love your work. A suggestion- Liquitex makes a clear leveling gel, I use that as a thickener for my thinner paints. I haven't used the liquithick before, but the clear leveling gel is great, and a little goes a long way I've found. :)

    Wow! So creative and so beautiful!! Loved this experimentation! What depth! How’d they do drying? I’m hoping that Liquitex additive didn’t cause any cracking. Lisa, please play around some more with this!

    You are just to smart for yourself. LOL. This idea is genius. I love the end result. The little flip cup even called a bit. I love watching you play. What’s the Liquitex you used? I absolutely love this idea. I wanna try it. ❤

    Hey Lisa I just loved your idea to do this. The white background reminds me of a ghost flower and the black background the colors shimmer so much more vividly. I like them both and will definitely try both ways. I love your free spirit of fluid art!

  • @catpender9807

    This is just absolutely marvelous. Flip cups make cells. And you got that effect with the interference tlp. Brilliant. Ibhave used golden gel gloss and floetrol to make ca with pigments. That works too.

    Love how the gold turned out Lisa. Great idea! The binder does seem to stabilize the pigments a bit more. You will have to show us dried results!

  • @pashanny
    @pashanny ปีที่แล้ว

    Always easier to add more. Plus it gets thicker as it sits. Don't you agree? It seemed to improve the look of the cells. Is the Liquitex liquithick a matte finish or gloss?

  • @joeycasey2323
    @joeycasey2323 ปีที่แล้ว

    I love these, what a great idea! I was just wondering how you could make a pigment background and there you are doing it!! I do have one question though, I have that pebeo bindex and haven't opened it yet. If it's pretty thin it would probably be better used for regular paints pours right? Oh and how ever do you get all that paint off of your hands??

  • @charleneowens1139
    @charleneowens1139 ปีที่แล้ว

    Once you’ve mixed your little piggies with Joe Sonya, can you not add flow troll and make it go further and then water if it needs to be thin and use it as a regular paint?

    • @lisamarvinart
      @lisamarvinart  ปีที่แล้ว

      It doesn’t work as well bc flo doesn’t have binders :)

    I would be interested in seeing these dry. Will they dry transparent? I'm looking for a pouring medium that will dry transparent. I'm co cidering flowtrol.

    But you used a liquitex product in which you didn't list. Could you tell which one was that and if it is the same thing as the Pebeo Bindex you showed.🌻😍
