The best advices I have ever heard. Because in contrast to the learners who studied in the best schools or lived in an english spoken country, he improved his knowledge as a self study learner and overcame issues alone.
Consistency is everything work just 2 hours daily but make it a habit not to stop or take a break for some days. Continue your journey smoothly. Amazing Effort you make possible in past 4 years.
As an English learner, I can say that learning with things you like is a great way to enjoy study time. For example, I enjoy watching English ASMR videos, motivational posts on Instagram, and my favorite series in English. Nowadays, we have many tools to make our learning journey more fun.

Funfact: Uzbekistan is one of the seven independent Turk nations. Im from Turkey and I think we can communicate easily, our languages are very similar. We are distant relatives.
English is a powerful language, and I have always been learning. I never liked school, and I remember when I first discovered my English in the bar, and I knew until the ambulance picked me up that I had to soup and porridge for weeks. That is how I first learned my English. I am still learning English but need to be in the bar.
Thank you for this useful tips. The aqcuisition of a language is through listening and talking, like a child. It is the natural way, but adults have another powerful tool and is being able to read. Reading reconfigure your brain. There are studies saying that reading is 70% and listening 30% when you want to get the language. At the same time SPEAK!!! Inmerse yourself in whatever you are, "seeing" all you have around in English.... Practice every single day and rest too to process and consolidate all you are learning. Consume so much information that you can without overwhelming yourself.
