Honestly the situation with Luca pisses me off and I think people are not seeing the bigger problem here: She IS AN ADULT speaking with (at the time) a TEENAGER. He was basically being gr**med. She not only half doxxed him but tried to gaslight everyone putting herself as the victim but also talked about Luca's past life making him defendless because I'm pretty sure his contract does not allow him to speak about some things.
On the other hand, she clearly was being manipulative on him and she is not smart enough so she even posted one conversation being terribly abusive to him. She also said in that text (I read the whole thing) that "he only talked about nijisanji and finding a home and the new outfits and it became exhausting to me" HE IS SPEAKING TO YOU ABOUT HIS DREAM JOB AND YOU ARE BEING AN ASSHOLE OF A FRIEND. Guy, if everyone could remember, it was Nijisanji that insinuated Selen was being bullied by other Livers, but did not drop names. This was a deliberate attempt both in NA and JP to cause the public to witch hunt other Livers and make the less intelligent of us focus on the Livers and not the company.
Management, either through outright incompetence or maliciousness or perhaps both has created a type of toxic work environment, these kinds of environments don't occur naturally, they occur through deliberate actions:
1. Like asking your Livers to talk to another Liver about what they did wrong - No Liver is in fact in authority over the others.
2. Creating lots of restrictions regarding what they can do
3. Causing the Livers to pay out of pocket when they shouldn't have to - forces Livers to go broke
4. Creating restrctions on what can and can not be spoken about to other Livers, this sort of secrecy creates distrust
I can only admonish that we take everything we hear about Nijisanji with a grain of salt, particularly if people have a falling out. Angry people always lie, even if they don't mean to, they can't help it the stimulus response part of their mind will interject things that are not accurate.
Let other's know that at the moment, only Dokibird is the one to trust, unless someone else comes out with something major, with all reciepts. As far as I understand she will come out with a public statement, but that may not be for awhile, and we shouldn't try and guess what will be on it, we'll all be wrong.
So dont bother trying to figure out who was harassing others, just asume they were all harassing each other including Selen each to a minor degree but adding up in total to a toxic working environment.

Update: after reading over her new doc, It seems that both are toxic to each other and she realizes this. Luca seems to be slightly more in the wrong than she is (but not by much)as for the "grooming, even though it's not illegal, it sounds like she's saying he was 18 to make it less weird. As bitter and still weird as this whole situation is, I hope she does get the help she needs. That being said, all of this could have been avoided if she simply blocked him.

Eilene was one of the pioneers of Vtubing, she helped out Hololive during the early years, and created content years before that became the basis for Hologra type series, with similar humor to it as well.
Eliene even appeared in two of the episodes, although those were delisted. She also helped a certain English speaking Vtuber become popular and said Vtuber eventually joined Hololive. I'm not going to say who, but if you know, you know.
It's sad how this happened to her, and I hope someone steps in and gives her the help she needs.

I would hold my comments because FalseEyeD put out a video on the topic which contains with it the other side of the story from the perspective of the person Eilene is Accusing (which False refers to this individual in the video as “G”) and from the sounds of it with what that person said and revealed it could mean (depending on who you believe, wether it be either Eilene or the person referred to as “G”) this is either a real potential case of someone going to attempt harming themselves lethally or a case of someone spreading false accusations about someone they scammed and using the claim of “Suicide” as a way of making people and overall public opinion sway to be more inclined to take their side.
In my honest opinion I am not confident at this moment on whose side to believe because of how much of a “he said she said” type of situation this seemingly is, though I do hope that it doesn’t end with a life being lost and leaving this world and rather instead with it being ended in some kind of a court case as in regards to the former and worse of the two options there should never be something that the end result is someone ending and taking their life and in the case of the latter it is the most disgusting lowest-of-the-earth vile thing for someone to disregard the weight and meaning of and use a topic/action of that nature just so they can pursue the endeavor of their skims and as well as continue to receive in the future more public attention and admiration.
(I also want to note I will not reply to anyone saying or accusing me of stating bs or me being somehow biased towards one side over the other; I’ve seen and read enough videos’ comments section threads to know from those how cancerous they can be and how much this one would become if I were to continue arguing with someone about that)
All the proof Raziel sent was just proof of Luca being a bit lazy and making them do a lot of things (unpaid I assume,) for him. I’m gonna be honest this feels like bitter drama from an estranged friend. It seems the work they claim to have been doing wasn’t contracted or done with any kind of formal arrangement. Given how the post derails into talking about him not giving enough attention, issues with his personality, etc. I have doubts about the motivation behind the post.
Long story, little problems accumulated into a big one over the years.
Funnily enough, the fact that it derails into that is what makes me believe it.
Because I know from experience that doing work that you happen to better at than them for a close friend to support them in a creative endeavour isn't exactly unusual and if they then start making money off of that work, it's easy to fall into the trap of not asking for compensation yourself. After all, asking for money for something you used to do for free, just because they have success now is not what good friends do, right?
And so you slowly end up doing more and more work for them for free. 'Cause, like, their new success makes them really busy and they could really use your help. You don't want to let them down.
And only when that friendship sours, as it inevitably will, do you realise that all this time they've been taking advantage of you by having you do work for free that they can definitely afford to pay someone (including you) to do. And not only are they not paying you, but they're keeping the fact that you're helping them a secret, because the quality of _your_ work is part of what lets them pretend that they're the one who has the skill you're providing to their employer.
And you start realising that them keeping you a secret from their boss and co-workers is what's directly led to your friendship dissolving. Having to constantly pretend to everyone they're involved with professionally that you're not anyone important, just some random friend from before they were successful, has caused them to start treating you that way even when the co-workers aren't around.
For Raziel, it was supporting Luca in his professional VTuber career. For me, it was helping a friend who worked at Eurogamer (though not for long after the friendship fell apart) translate his work from Dutch into English, because my English is great and his was honestly terrible (He was, and I have to admit remains, a very good writer in Dutch, but the guy just doesn't know how to translate his stuff properly).

Because if it is, while her screenshots DO seem somewhat reliable (given what I have seen in video, there's always a chance the discord photos were edited, and while the creative mode builds do seem damning, based on the ones shown in the video, it's also possible that they copied the seed and made it look like they were working on the theme park.) it's always better to wait until the response to draw conclusions. In the age of technology where screenshots can be edited to look surprisingly realistic, even such evidence has to be doubted to some extent. And there was also no real evidence of the supposed horrible behavior that Luca supposedly did or that they had a long standing relationship with him (for example, a clip of a past stream). I'm not going to blindly believe one side until more information comes out (for example, if that other mod or the supposed friends from VRChat come forward with similar stories). But I do have to say, this post is similar to the last one in that its very clear that she has a vendetta against Luca (although this one has much more substance behind it), which makes it difficult to say if this is the whole truth, part of the truth, or not true at all.

Raziel loses a lot of credibility when you realize she was a mod of Luca's that had to be removed over things like this. I’m going to be real: The accusations Raziel is making doesn’t prove that Luca is this manipulative person as she claims. In fact, the screenshots make HER look worse and look more codependent and clingy to him. It just seems like she’s bitter about him cutting ties and is using the situation to kick him to the curve. Not helping that she met Luca when he was 17 and she was almost 30 (not 18 and 24 as she claimed) and allegedly made sexual advances to him. Ngl this all feels like an ex or an old best friend trying to get revenge. Like all these are just things that happened in between them, she could've just easily talk about these stuff in private with him instead of throwing random allegations and "supported" only by discord chats. I feel like she just want some clout and the revenge for getting fired. She talks a lot for a groomer and low key needs to shut up or at least get sued by either anycolor or the livers themselves for leaking private information about their private lives. Like she doesnt even work for niji atm shes just so out of all these situations and shes trying so hard to make everything more complicated and hard for everybody. I cant even understand how much pressure on the livers right now.

Wow. I’m really sorry to hear about Eilene. I never really watched her much, but I was definitely deep into watching Natsumi Moe and Mirai Akari and other vtubers in her circle back in the early days. As one of the pioneers in vtubing, it’s really sad to know she’s ended up in such a situation. I hope for the best for her.
At this point I get the feeling pretty much all of Niji’s livers are gonna be “exposed” or have more accusations like Luca’s thrown at them b/c the mob doesn’t have a clear target and they’re out for blood. It’s so frustrating and sad that this company has basically left their talents to fend for themselves against this oncoming wave of backlash in part b/c of their wording of the accusations in their original post. Even Doki herself made a clear effort not to single out any one person while Niji is out here throwing shade at the entire EN talent branch.

shes so obviously just a clout chaser with a vendetta against luca. what does any of this have anything to do with selen's case and nijisanji msitreating its livers? she took a serious situation involving bullying and suicide attempt and cruel company behaviour, and she made it about herself and petty persnonal beef with one of the livers. even if you choose to believe her "allegations".... so what? first of all the "proof" she posted only makes herself look clingy and obsessive trying to get his attention. second... the things hes lying about are.... building in Minecraft, scripts for voice packs, and a signature? yes, because those things are totally on the same level as bullying a coworker until they attempt suicide? at WORST, it makes luca someone didn't compensate his "friend" for helping out a lot - though from the messages, it reads like she was happy to do those things to "earn his attention", and also seems like luca did consider her a great friend to have confided in her about so many personal secret matters. legally/career wise at worst, it shows luca sharing information to a third party. but in no way does this make him a horrible person, a bully, or a narcissist or manipulator.

the fall is honestly so hard to see for me as i’ve been a fan since the luxiem debut. i stopped watching them some time ago now but that doesn’t change the fact that i loved all of them. whether these claims abt luca were true or not is honestly not the fans’ problem. it js feels to me that this person is trying to bring down luca’s career and reputation to make it worse. i personally believe in leaving the past in the past and moving on so it’s horrible to see them stick tot eh past and bring it out in spite of him. hope the talents are okay and jump the yacht before they get hurt

The truth probably lies somewhere in the middle, I don't think Luca is as bad as she paints it and I also don't think she is as good as she paints it. And I also think there is agency behind releasing this right now. Still, I watched her back when she started as Mizuchi and although she was VERY vague, at least the situations seem to be real (cat, having to do a lot for a friend etc)
