Even in that quiet water, and with just moderate wind, the craft often seemed to have next to no freeboard left at times as it heeled. It even seemed to take in water over the gunwhale briefly, towards the end of the clip. ??
The water line in the middle of the boat has a very narrow width making it fast! In the middle above the water line is exstream flare making it sea worthy. The shape of the gunwales as they reach the bow is done in such way that makes the boat look sexy. The word sexy fits this boat.
Still amazed how it can sail at that pace on the "distorted" tack. Surely the mast should kill the airflow? The mizzen - does it draw much or is it purely trim?

Wondefull Caledonian yawl. We had one, but without decks. Good solution for the outboard.

Its pretty slow, No wind, Beautiful boat though.
