Wow just wow :D trained for for five years now and i can land dub side and do kong gainers and stuff but i still somehow managed to do speed vault wrong :D (i was selftaught my first year of training) Glad i could finally fix such a basic move
I dont know if it was because of the all progressions that was shown in previous videos but I felt like this video was in a rush and wasnt put time into it. For the next video you could do turn vaults,maybe cat to cat,wall climb, reverse vault, reverse kong vault....
Filip Gex it was a hard one! Most of the progressions are covered in the side vault and step speed vault and this tutorial is based on the knowledge that these vaults can already be performed! The next tutorials are much more in depth ;)
That kind of speed vault will always slow you down. Speed vault that is done by jumping off the other leg and driving the knee up and forward (kind of like in hurdling) will maintain your speed
