This video is packed with so much useful information! I never realized how important it is to adjust the fishing speed in winter-such a game-changer for me. I usually struggle with choosing the right bait for cold weather. Thanks for sharing these amazing tips! ❤❤❤
Ever been on a river bank that's a muddy drop off and fell straight on your ass wondering if the ER is going to have to remove the dip can from the cheek? I have, still don't know how nothing broke and nothing bled 😂 Definitely subbing to this channel!
I remember catching about a 30 lb flathead and while stepping down toward the water edge at the dam the fish made a hard run while I had 1 foot in the air and next thing I knew I was on a big rock with my knee down. Made me rethink how dangerous fishing could be. Everyone be safe out there and good luck.
Hey Johnny I have done the same, stepped on what I think is good footing and busted my butt too 😂 Glad you weren’t hurt, good to see you catch those eaters, God bless!
@@DavidStevens-i4e I believe she ordered it from Bass Pro shop and it comes with one charger pack, but it really needs two the one only last a few hours
Great video nice cats ! That little trip you took that is usually me tripping over my rod holders .or hitting my knee on the truck drop hitch I know that's why they named them that .I drop when it hits my chin bone ouch !!! I did learn to take it off when I'm not using it ! Keep em coming I'll keep watching and thanks for the tips .I used to watch catfish Dave alot but I like the bank fishing and you explaining what your doing to catch them .what pound line on main do you use down to your leader and weight .on the smaller sets with 4 to 5/0 hook what is your favorite brand of hook you use ?
Hey Johnny, great video as always. I’m trying to find some spots on the river. I can take my little brother he’s in a wheelchair and I need to be able to get his vehicle somewhere close to where we can set up like I’ve watched you fish with your kids close to the river there you got any pointers
@@mattthomas7564 the old Keota Landing Park would be great for that and I’ve not been out there in about a week, but I was catching fish there pretty regularly
Awesome man thank you when the weather is decent I can take them to the little park there in town on both sides of the road and we can just wheel the wheelchair all around there and fish in the ground grass but he’s chomping at the bits watching the videos, ready to go actually catch some fishso we may go do that. I can grab his wheelchair van right out there to it.
Morning Johnny, I was looking on the map and I found the N. Kiyota Rd. over there, but I can’t exactly find what they’re calling the landing blowing it up on the map. I was just gonna load my brother up today and our mom and her best friend, a couple old ladies and run over there and drive around and see if I can’t find where you’re talking about. I might be able to pull him up in the van and man are fishing poles. Can you give me a better idea of how to get to what you’re calling the old keota landing
@ drive down N. Keota Landing Rd. a couple of miles and you can turn left into the old park if you drive across the bridge that goes over the lake, you have gone too far

@@itllkeal L O L did you land the fish?
@JSOutdoors yes I did. It was about 10 years ago, and the best tasting fish that I've caught, and I've not kept a fish since.
Yeah, I've fallen before bank fish, just glad you didn't get hurt.. love watching 👁️👁️ you catch them eaters .. GOD bless 🙏💗🤗

Drive out to the very end of the park you can fish off those rocks. It’s really flat.
