I installed an 830 in my Commander and love it! The presentation of the data was very well thought out and after having flown with it over a year now, I can't think of a single change I would suggest other than pursue approval as replacement for some of all of the gauges it duplicates data for. Last year, I had an emergency after takeoff (turbo mount broke and I started getting engine vibration) and the EDM immediately told me I was still maintaining power, helping me better deal with the issue.
We have this on the company TU206G for parachute ops, awesome info display, able to control shock cooling on decent and monitor CHTS on the climb. Is there a way I can get the data to be recorded and looked at later?
