Sandara park trained to be an idol in her 20s while these trainees started when they were young. Anyway, R U Next girls gave justice to the song with their own version. all of these trainees deserve to debut, i just hope the younger ones debut later.

Skills are developed by training but range is innate which is very unfair for many good singers out there because many ignorants like you will just underestimate their abilities without knowing anything about singing.
