The pyramid brought back some memories.
We took off to Trojan when it was still there on the Columbia. Never had plucked like this before. Cast out boom tangled with the guy below me. He was very patient with me. After the third time he handed me a pyramid and said use this. It digs into the sand and will not roll like the teardrops.
That worked great. Went to give it back he said keep it.

@@MatanuskaHIGH Ya I remember when those things came out, I bought one and tried it out a few days later. Hooked up my plug, tossed it out and then the planer. Thought wow that's kind of cool, as I watched it work a few feet from shore, and all of a sudden POW, it blew up and I thought someone shot my side planer!! It was a steelhead, 10lbs. Funny story, but those things work to cover alot of water and I still use it today.

Wow this brings up old memories from the time I spent in Washington, we'd fish the Cowlets, Tootle and Columbia. We would run a double rig where applicable with a Spin N Glo as the bottom rig with a 3-way further up the leader with a drop leader and pyramid wt off the 3-way, further up we ran another 3-way with a bead to stop the Flatfish that we would clip on after, those were fun times.
    Thank you great video.
