- Celebrated this year during March 4-8, the SDG Action & Awareness Week is a global observance created by the University Global Coalition (UGC) to promote awareness of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In collaboration with SLE Sustainability, Office of Sustainability, and the Center for Community Engaged Learning, the Global Youth Advancement Network is proud to share this MSU Student Panel that happened on March 7, where youth panelists shared what it means to be sustainable and how sustainability covers so much more than recycling. This event was an opportunity for students of all majors, minors, interests, grad programs, etc. to gain a better understanding of the SDGs and better yet, have the chance to hear from their fellow peers on their roles and positions within MSU.
