KFC style Momo Recipe ( Odia ) : It is a deep fried super crunchy Snack which is juicy , flavourful inside and crunchy outside. Here I have shown KFC style Momo filled with mushroom, vegetables stuffing . Outer layer coated with cornflakes crumbs . Must try it at home . Serve this yummy Momo hot with red chutney . ENjoy :)
Ingredients :
1. All Purpose flour ( Maida ) - 2 cups ( or 250gm )
2. Oil - 2 tbsp
3. Salt to taste ( or 1 tsp )
4. Water - 3/4 cup ( or as required )
5. Oil to fry
6. Cornflakes ( original ) - 2 bowl ( or as required )
7. All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
8. Corn flour / Arrow root powder - 3 tbsp
9. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
10. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
11. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
12. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
For Momo Stuffing :
1. Finely chopped Onion - 1 ( big )
2. Finely chopped Cabbage - 1 bowl
3. Finely chopped Button Mushroom - 2 bowl
4. Finely chopped Coriander leaves
5. Finely chopped Paneer - 100gm ( 1 bowl )
6. Grated / Finely chopped Carrot - 1 no. ( 2-3 tbsp )
7. Crushed Ginger + Garlic - 1 tbsp
8. Chopped Green Chilli - 1
9. Mustrad Oil - ( 2-3 tbsp )
10. Meat Masala ( Veg ) - 1 tbsp
11. Black Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
12. Soya Sauce - 1/4 tbsp
13. Salt to taste
For Momo Red Chutney :
1. Tomato - 2 nos.
2. Dry Red Chilli - ( 10-12 nos. ) , less spice chilli
3. Crushed Ginger garlic - 1 tbsp
4. Sugar - 1 tbsp
5. Vinegar - 1/4 tbsp
6. Salt to taste

Wow! Momo recipe and Red Chutney was looking absolutely very beautiful. Momos are looking perfect dark brown in color. It was very crunchy and crispy in sound. The stuffing part of Momos was looking very colorful, and very Juicy. The Red Chutney was looking very glossy, and it was very hot and sweet in flavor. At the end you have served this recipe on black plate with red chutney, mayonaise, and garnishing with some chopped coriander leaves. Which was looking absolutely fabulous, and your presentation was really superb. In this new year you have shared a very unique snack recipe with us through this video. So Thank you very much👏👏👏👏👏.
