Veg Momo Recipe ( Odia ) | Vegetable Momos Recipe : Momo is a very popular recipe of Nepal , Bhutan etc. Here I have shown how to make the healthy steamed Vegetable momos in this video. It is made with lots of fresh vegetables, all purpose flour etc. This mouthwatering dish goes very well with spicy red sauce, white sauce or with schezwan sauce. So, learn the step-by-step procedure, follow the tips and enjoy it with your favourite momo sauce.
Ingredients :
1. All Purpose flour ( Maida ) - 2 cups or 12 tbsp
2. Finely chopped Onion - 2 nos. ( medium )
3. Finely chopped Cabbage - 1/2 no. or 2 cups
4. Grated Carrot - 1 ( small )
5. Crushed ginger & garlic - 1 tbsp ( inch-ginger + 2 garlic cloves )
6. Chopped green chilli - 1
7. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
8. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
9. Meat masala ( or can use Garam masala ) - 1/2 tbsp
10. Mustard oil ( recommended )
11. Salt
