I first visited the Kingdom in 1992. In 2011, I came back and toured the kingdom with friends. I've kept an eye on the progress, and it is astonishing. I think the current leadership is dynamic and committed to progress, so I think this will happen, insha'Allah.
I wouldn't consider burning fossil fuels to desalinate water in a country where it never rains to be an "eye on progress". Progress would be to use some of that immense wealth to build factories to produce solar panels and build a big solar farm and use that energy to desalinate. What an absolute waste of resources.
JFC, talking in circles here, man. Where is the water coming from? Desalination plants? How much fossil fuels will be burned so that people can live in the desert? Have the considered Solar or Wind or are they just planning to burn everything in the ground until it's too hot to live in their country? Is it 12,000 km pipeline or 126,000 km? Can you pronounce 'aquifer' correctly? Before Saudi Arabia considers a future involving tourism, they would need to crack down on muslim fundamentalism. Nobody wants to visit a sausage party where women can't even drive a gd car.
@@YouFlex1 selling your soul and faith to Israel and the west is not something to be proud of. I am really feel sorry for Muslims because your occupy the holy land.
