Matariki Ahunga Nui Matariki Kanohi Iti 2021

TKD EVENTS LIMITED in collaboration with Phatmode Entertainment host this annual event Matariki Ahunga Nui Matariki Kanohi Iti in Hamilton.
Matariki Ahunga Nui Matariki Kanohi Iti was created in 2013 to support the development of Matariki celebrations within Waikato, educating the wider community of the Māori New Year through music and kai.
This event includes a 3 course menu incorporating traditional Māori ingredients and LIVE entertainment from a variety of artists. Since 2019, this event now incorporates a Fashion Show providing local designers a platform to showcase their Matariki collection as well as a space for Pakihi Māori to display and sell their products.
