Alright, could you do a breakdown of this truck on your channel? Would love to see the setup your using on it! I’ve got the bronco M, what feels like all the injora parts and still feel like I’m not getting the flex I should. I’ve even got the grasshopper chassis. One thing I’m seeing here is looks like you trimmed the wheel wells? Would love to see more of this truck so I could take some solid notes!!
I don't have a specific video on it, just lots of different ones. I need to create a playlist and pull them all together. I did trim the inner fenders to clear the tires
Thats insane! Ive been trying to get this much flex out of my bronco for so long now. Does mounting the shocks at an angle make a difference in the amount of travel?
Any issues when you lift the car and the front drive shaft disconnecting? Or almost to disconnecting point? I got the issues on front with the 59mm shocks
Yes and I had to counter that by adjusting where I mounted the shocks. I just tweaked them until I found the maximum axle drop without losing the shafts
Mine did not flex like that when I installed them on mine.. Ended up returning them. I'll most likely end up 3d printing some.. How does it hill climb/trail ride with all that brass?
Great video but do you really think you gained performance by fitting then? I got the same Flex out of mind but it really cause it to lose a lot of performance, especially on hill climbs On a flat Rocky surface where you need the articulation it improved but overall I think it took away a lot of performance.
@@CapeCrawlers thanks man I appreciate that info, I thought I was going mad 🤣 everybody's going on about mor-flexx and I've always liked keeping my rigs scale looking, but decided to give the Injora links a go and yes I was so impressed with the flex I could get, but completely shocked at how much performance I lost. Once again thanks for getting back to me and thank you for all the cool content 🤜💥🤛
I'm having a hard time finding the crawler gears now. I can find the stock gear ratio and speed, but today I cant find the crawler ratio but seen it the other day I seen in metal offered in all 3 different ratios 🤷♂️
Hey can you tell me your thought on the Mickey Thompson tires from Traxxas on the trx4m ? And also does the chassis that you have help with the flex on the front because the servo does not touch the chassis
I haven't tried the Mickey Thompson tires from Traxxas. I've tried the Proline versions and they work great. The chassis does help with flex. It allows the servo to drop underneath the rails. It's not super smooth, but it will do it.
I’m getting my TRX4M Bronco finally, it’ll be here next week and I’ve seen some reviews saying how the injora lcg chassis does not work with the injora flex blades, do you know if that is true?
With the LCG kit you can use the flex extensions but not the upper parts. Run just the bottom pieces and you should be fine. You may need shock spacers to bump the upper shock mounting positions out a bit to keep proper suspension geometry
So CC you have one extremely envious follower with this particular build! But I feel like the high clearance links are pointless....on the TRX4M but the SCX24 is just the opposite. How can this be eliminated as an issue
I have heard of some folks retrofitting bent links to the uppers of the TRX4M to avoid the binding. I haven't tried it, but it makes sense. To me, the brass HC links are more for weight rather than the high clearance functionality.
Folks I do not recommend mere mortals attempt this level of flex. This is for experienced Flexologists like Adam only! One wrong move and you'll twisted up like a 🥨
Holy cow Adam, you could almost wring it out like a wet wash rag!! I really think you're at the limit now brother! Great short .
Haha! Love the analogy!
I love the things you do with your crawlers! Your trx4m bronco budget build is what got me into Rc crawling.
I just got one and fitted a old diecast dually 3500 body to it and took the bumpers off and it looks pretty damn wicked
Daaaaaaaamn!!!! Didn't think you could get that much flex out of the M! 😲
Neither did I!
That bronco is sick🤩
What parts did u use? I wanna do that to my chevy one
i just got this ordered for my M and i cant wait
I NEED THAT ON MINE!!!!
That bronco is sick!! What kind of shock mount do you have one this truck?
This one has the Furitek grasshopper chassis. Lot's of options for shock positioning!
That thing is sick!!
It’s epic!
Amazing torsion!!! 🥇👍👍👍
God damm thats some good flex
Looks amazing
Bro that is awesome
That is sick
Flexin hard! 💪🏼🔥
Wtf dude that’s awesome.

parts list PLEASEEE
Wow that's awesome! What are those rims and wheels used they are amazing!
Nice work!
Thanks!
Servo recommendations?
What size shocks and what brand?
Jeez it’s so much flex
Tons!
Where did you get the shocks and links from
Thats insane! Ive been trying to get this much flex out of my bronco for so long now. Does mounting the shocks at an angle make a difference in the amount of travel?
Want do that on my trx4m K5 Blazer what brand kit was that my factory was so limited flex
Beautiful ♥️👍
Can we get a slow crawl flex video at this angle?
Does anyone know what the rear shock absorber mounts are called?
Love you videos
Thank you!
How does that servo clear tho, especially without catching the wire… looks more like a show piece
Well as you clearly see, the servo isn't hitting
Any issues when you lift the car and the front drive shaft disconnecting? Or almost to disconnecting point? I got the issues on front with the 59mm shocks

It does okay. Torque twists like a mofo because of the suspension setup, so its primarily for entertainment purposes.
Great video but do you really think you gained performance by fitting then?
I got the same Flex out of mind but it really cause it to lose a lot of performance, especially on hill climbs
On a flat Rocky surface where you need the articulation it improved but overall I think it took away a lot of performance.
No, they're more for the fun factor and not performance.

We call this the crawler high kick
when my front wheel does not touch the ground my differentials jump gears and I have the injora metal gear kit
I wish I had money to just get one
Wow nice. I have the Cheyenne pickup. It doesn't flex like this. This is just from the extensions?
Its got long shocks and I trimmed the body to make room. The chassis also allows for different shock mounts, and it clears the servo better up front.
@@CapeCrawlers i just ordered 58mm shocks last night. Not so much for uptravel, but for down
How did you do that please tell me ❤
Long shocks and Adaptive Designs flex extensions! Also had to cut the fenders to make room
@@CapeCrawlers ok
Holy smokes, that thing is insane, hope we get some low speed metal gears for it soon, that’s would be the bomb
Need those gears!
Do yall need a link?

How does it climb with the front flex blades?
It does pretty well. I position the shocks so the vertical axle drop isn’t totally insane but the lateral flex is crazy
Ход подвески курилщика чего-то жесткого
What drive shafts do you have one there?
Traxxas metal shafts
Just a note. You can’t achieve this with stock chassis. The servi hits well before

What kind of flex blades are those and where frim
I got them from adaptive designs on Etsy
What weight oil are you running in your shocks?
20wt
Does anyone know what axles he used ?!?!?!?! About to order some and need to know if it was a +2mm or +5mm need to know asap
Stock housings. +2mm injora axle shafts, +6mm hex extensions
What kind of servo are you using in there?
NSDRC
How ? 😮
I’m guessing you’re using injora flex blades. But I’m not sure.
These are Adaptiv3 designs from Etsy
Do you think you could make a suspension build list
Sure, it's pretty simple: Losi mini b rear shocks: amzn.to/3AhALRe

Is there a such thing as too much flex? Lol. Also is there any videos of this thing in action?
Hey, don’t the flex blades cause you to loose some steering lock to lock?
Yes, that's why I usually run them just in the rear.
@@CapeCrawlers thank you. I wish there was some sort of design fix for that
Do u have a video or any pictures of the flex shackle install?
Check out this short I made: th-cam.com/video/SmuY2nQ29KM/w-d-xo.html
@@CapeCrawlers thanks man that helped and was super informative much obliged sir 💚
What shocks are you running?
Losi Mini B rear shocks all around
I put some on mine but I have a problem with my links hitting my servo
That’s a constant issue due to the traxxas design. I’ve never been able to get away from it
Ok
What chassis is on yours
How

How come driveshaft not going fall off
Miraculously it stays in tact pretty well. I tweaked the shock placement to find the maximum amount of axle drop without the shaft disconnecting.
Rock rash on your diff covers!
She's no shelf queen :)
cool
Can you drive in water with foams in the tires
Sure. If your tires/wheels are vented, you may need to break them down to let the foam dry afterwards, but only if they get completely saturated.
@@CapeCrawlersso with beadlocks i can without venting?
Honestly, not being rude, I would just like to know, what's left of the trx4m?
Very nice 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Not a lot! The body, bumpers, battery tray, axle housings, and transmission
Wow
So We're is the springs then most probably unusable
The springs that come on these are way too stiff. I take them out so it sits nice and low
Soon you going to have the top side of the tread touching the ground
where can i buy this servo? thank you

It's funny how people think adding flex actually helps the crawler. News flash, it doesn't.
Nope but it sure is fun
😳
Yeah that's way too much flex. Too much flex does more harm than good.
For performance yes. But this is just for fun. I’ve toned it down for more performance
@@CapeCrawlers please let us know the specs on it now for better performance rather than full flexed out. Need an update on black Betty v2.2 ?
You can tell you don’t actually run it cuz you have stock driveshafts. Those west out after an hour of driving #shelfqueen
Where do you buy flex extensions for an SCX24?
You can get them from Adaptiv3 deigns on Etsy. He sells them for the scx24 too
Im slowly copying your build ever time i see you ad something new I’ve ordered it i even got the black bronco that was just buy luck tho 😂😂
I hope you're enjoying it as much as I am! It's great discovering what the M is capable of!

Im putting a scx24 together for my dad cus he wants one and im using part from my Upgraded scx24
I had breakfast today
Who’s got the part? 😮
Adaptiv3 Designs on Etsy is where I got mine
Awesome thanks 🙏🏼
