- Justin Timberlake is seen handcuffed as he’s led by police to his arraignment on a drunk drinking charge in a photo obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. Other photos show Justin leaving court after he was arraigned and released early Tuesday morning in the ritzy enclave of Sag Harbor, New York. Justin was pulled over Tuesday 12:37 a.m. after police say he ran a stop sign and was swerving. FOX5’s Jody Goldberg reports the singer told police he had a martini and was headed home and that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.
If i were a millionaire, i'd hire a private driver so i would avoid this stuff

That was him going from the jail to the arraignment. I am sure he got "behind the back" cuffed at the actual DUI spot. We will see in the cam video when it's released in a few days. Arraigned people have already been searched, locked up, etc. So they will cut to the front.
They are transporting him and at this point he’s already been fingerprinted, taken his mug shot, and he displayed his behavior as being calm and cooperative. Therefore there is no need for them to handcuff you in a more painful way if you’re not being a pain to them. They would do this with anyone who wasn’t being difficult them.

Justin is literally my favorite artist, BUT I draw the line at drunk driving. However, word to the wise, first and foremost, DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE (BUZZED DRIVING INCLUDED) and secondly, always refuse the chemical test. Those things are not always accurate and can be disputed. However, it's clear he was intoxicated and it sucks, BUT do not start with the BS because he's not the first nor the last star to do this. I have to say that I’m not surprised when any famous person gets into trouble. Just that the level of influence certain celebrities have should give them a better moral compass. Any grown human being who drinks alcohol should be aware of their limits. N being a A list celebrity, should have a shadow, a designated driver, someone that can keep them from harm or wrong doing while intoxicated. That being said, I hope he’s okay mentally n if not he should seek help. He’s a beloved icon n highly successful. It would be a shame if he was lost to the entertainment world. Celebrities don’t have any clue how to use an Uber app. I remember at one point watching a video of an nba player where he was told to use a grocery app and he was so confused by it and had never seen anything like it before because he had someone else to do those things for him
