Pek I'm about 60 and still miss it.. My advice is to go back to a local school and help out even as a volunteer plus think about getting into Judo which as a wrestler you should be able to quickly adapt in to.
lol my team from iowa came up to Omaha Burke and smacked up a team that was there iowa wrestling is what I feel like on a completely diffrent level like us a 1a school slapped a 4 a maybe higher in nerbraska
