Afghanistan is a Country, historically known as Khorasan, that lies in Central Asia at the borders to south and west Asia. There is absolutely no connection between Afghanistan and Morocco except both being Muslim(But Afghans are hanifi and moroocans are not) Those traditional clothes where common for thousands of years in Afghanistan, there is no connection of them to Morocco, thanks.
